I've always hated self-summaries. I enjoy learning new things, meeting new people (though I can be reserved at first), and try to look on the bright side. I am a certified EMT, though I am not currently doing anything with it. I work in the Vienna area. My goals are ever changing, though I always look to better myself through education and travel. I'm a work in progress, some days I get more work done than others.
What I’m doing with my life
I am currently working full time for a home security company and saving money for travel and school. I still don't know what I would want to get my degree in when I do go back to school. A lot of work has been put into the health field, though I really want to get into scientific research and see how it goes there. Aside from that, I go from adventure to adventure, having a little fun along the way.
I’m really good at
I'm good at a lot of things. Thinking, talking, breathing, playing
games, getting annoyed at Monopoly. There is a lot. The better
question would be, what do I wish I were better at doing? One is
physics. I really wish I could be an astrophysicist, and it may be
something I pursue.
The first things people usually notice about me
My eyes, perhaps my whole body. I would say its hard to tell what
people look at first. Some people take in the whole puzzle, some
just a piece of the puzzle. Which kind are you?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Book: Anything that has a plot that makes you think and characters that are almost life like. I enjoy mostly Tess Gerritsen novels. I also enjoy the Harry Potter books, Dean Koontz books, and I will usually just pick up a book to read if it seems interesting enough. Recently, I have been reading a lot of articles around Astronomy and medicine.
Movies: I'm a huge Superhero movie geek. I also enjoy cliche romance movies and watching stupid films as long as I have an audience that can give some funny commentary to it. Certain titles that come to mind is: A Walk To Remember, Iron Man, Easy A, Jurassic Park, X-Men... stuff like that.
Shows: The Walking Dead, Arrow, Daily Show/Colbert Report, Star Trek, Heroes, Family Guy/American Dad (pretty much the same show, just one has cut aways while the other has more vocal gags), 30 Rock, stuff like that. There was someone I met on here, who deleted there account (sad, cause I loved talking to them) that suggested I watch Battlestar: Galactica. Best. Suggestion. Ever.
Music: I don't prefer a certain genre, but just certain bands/singers. A few that come to mind are Sara Baralleis (don't know how to spell the name, just know shes freaking amazing), Jay Brenan, Linkin' Park. Disney songs are fun every once in a while.
Food: I don't really have a favorite food, I enjoy trying new foods though. I do hate onions though, they're disgusting.
