First, I'm in a polyamorous/open relationship with my wife, BriarRose1987, meaning it's OK that I'm here! Also, congratulations if you're still reading!
I'm here looking to expand my social circle. Whether that's in the form of friendship, romance, or something in between, it's all good.
I'm a huge geek as I enjoy video games, board games (especially), science, and computers. I also love to explore the outdoors, such as parks and beaches. I am a big fan of nature, really.
I believe in the freedom of people to be who they want to be as long as it isn't hurting others. Who am I to tell people what they can and can't do?
Outside of that I'm trying to expand my knowledge of all things and just enjoy my life as best I can!
Listening is a strong point of mine, too.
That I smile a lot.
Hiroshima is a great book too as it tells the tale of various people who survived the first atomic bomb ever used in warfare.
Movies: Good Night, and Good Luck is a great look into how journalism worked during the McCarthy "red scare" era. It's fantastically entertaining for reasons that don't usually come around in movies.
Punch-Drunk Love is the perfect love story to watch if you are socially awkward when it comes to relationships. It shows how to overcome your awkwardness and that someone will love you for who you are as long as you're willing to come out of your shell.
The Fifth Element is a fantastic movie with the proper blend of plot and action. The characters and acting are very well done and I could watch this one over and over. While it is sci-fi, it doesn't make a big deal about that with fancy computer screens, hacking, or any bull crap you might see in other movies.
Music: Ben Folds is by far my favorite artist. Every song is one I could listen to many, many times. It always resonates with me somehow. His music also helped bring my wife and I together!
Food: If it tastes decent, I eat it. A FAVORITE though is peanut butter. It's so good.
Video Games: Too many to list here. Ask me if I've played a game and I'll probably say "yes" and why I like or don't like it.
Board Games: Euchre, Cribbage, Scrabble, Ticket to Ride, Qwirkle, Carcassonne, Finca, Dominion, Descent: Journeys in the Dark, and more.
