I am a happy 51 year old single woman. I am a high school teacher. I love my job. It must make me a little crazy that I choose to spend my days with teenagers and keep coming back for more!

I love live music, plays, movies, dining out, travel, reading, gardening, and hanging out at home. I am pretty easy to get along with.

I hope to find someone to spend time with and form a stable relationship. Ideally I will find a happy, dependable, outgoing, compassionate and passionate man.

What I’m doing with my life

I enjoy my job so I am happy to go to work each day. I am ready for the new school year to begin! I spend time with my family and friends as often as possible. What I am lacking my my otherwise happy life is a partner to share the experiences.

I can talk with almost anyone about almost anything! I am really good at keeping my emotions on a even keel- no drama here.

I have to say that I am also great at dealing with teenagers. I love the interactions with the kids.

Favorite book- Devil in the White City It is set against the World's Fair in Chicago. I almost always have at least one book going at all times. I just finished reading The Shack. Anyone want to talk about it with me? Really thought provoking book.

Movies- White Christmas is one of my all time favorites. I am pretty easy to entertain though.

I like classic rock, jazz, blues, and contemporary country.

Food- Mexican, Italian, a good steak

As much as I hate to admit it I think about work. I also think about whom I might end up with in the end. Who will he be, where will I find him, will he truly be the "one"?
