So, every now and again I like to update this thing. I originally joined this site for the quizzes, but then I figured I might as well try to make a few new friends while I'm at it.

So, as cliche as this sounds, I have no idea how to summarize myself. I mean, honestly, is that even possible?

Alright, well, I'm Ariel (yeah, like the mermaid). I'm 18, and I'm in college. At the moment, I'm at the local community college and I've been going there since I was 16. I'm going to transfer soon, but I'm not in a hurry, and I'm definitely taking my time deciding where I want to transfer to and whatnot.

I want to major in psychology (typical, I know). But honestly, it's one of my passions in life. I love analyzing people. I observe people everywhere I go and I'm usually pretty quiet, so some people take that as me being mean, which is really not the case- I swear! Haha.

I've been riding horses since I was 2 years old. It's my escape from the world. I've had my horse since I was 13, and he's my baby. I don't think I'd ever want to imagine my life without horses.

I'm not really sure what else I should write in here. I mean, I could ramble on forever about myself, but seriously, if you're that interested, you should just send me a message.

Procrastinating. Analyzing people. Listening. Talking.. sometimes.

It's kind of hard for me to answer this, because I've never met myself, so to speak. I'm pretty tiny though. That would be something someone might first notice.

Hm. Alright, where to start..

Books: Lovely Bones; Ethan Frome; All of Beatrice Sparks' stuff, Who Will Run the From Hospital?; Keeping you a Secret; Fish; Girl, Interrupted. I'm pretty picky about what I read. The majority of the time, I'll start a book and then never bother finishing it. I spend a lot of time in the Psychology section of Barnes and Nobles though.

Movies: I love movies. I will enjoy almost any movie that I watch- seriously. I do have a soft spot for those gay films, though. ( Imagine Me & You; High Art; But I'm a Cheerleader; Lost and Delirious; etc. )

Music: Alanis Morisette, Ani Difranco, Avril Lavigne, The Beatles, Bright Eyes, Buck Cherry, Cat Stevens, Chris Rice, Colbie Caillatt, Counting Crows, Damien Rice, Death Cab For Cutie, Feist, A Fine Frenzy, Flyleaf, Jack Johnson, The Killers, Nickelback, MSI, Norah Jones, Paramore, The Postal Service, Rascal Flatts, The Sounds, The Spill Canvas, Sufjan Stevens, Taylor Swift, Tegan and Sara, The Temptations, Tristan Prettyman, The Unicorns, Vertical Horizon, Violent Femmes..

Those are some of the current favorites. There's more, but I'm way too lazy to list all of them.

Food: I'm a ridiculously picky eater. The plainer and simpler something is, the more of a chance there is that I'll like it.

I could probably deal without almost anything. But I would never want to be without: My girlfriend Ciara, my best friend, horses, my car, my computer,and my phone

Pretty materialistic for the most part, but what can I say? I'm a Taurus. (Oh yeah, did I mention that I love astrology?)

Everything. And nothing.

There are no typical nights. My Friday night activities range from driving around aimlessly with friends, to going to the club, to curling up on the couch and watching movies.

It's harder for me to think of something that I wouldn't admit. I don't have a whole lot of secrets. If you're really interested, you could just ask me.

You think we would get along. You're a girl who likes other girls. You live near me, and think we could be friends. You're cool. You think I could learn something valuable from you. You have good grammar.
