I had thought that perhaps with an internet dating site, which is a little on the non-traditional side of life I would be able to find people that were a little more open minded. I so far have been proven wrong in the highest degree. If you are a big guy, don't bother messaging anyone. Have different beliefs than someone regardless of if they seem so blatantly not overly religious and/or their profile contradicts their stated beliefs, don't bother talking to them. Spirits save you if you fall into both categories.

I do believe that of the people that have actually responded to a simple message, which never consists of the dreaded pick up lines or boring single word that so many protest against, I've had maybe one actually respond more than twice. Otherwise it's dead before anything can be learned about the opposite party. Is it so much to ask for decent conversation?

Is it so much to ask to be judged on my character not how I look and what I believe? Apparently so. All I want is someone to talk to and maybe look forward to a chance of things down the road but if I'm never given a chance a fat lot of good those wants do me.

I know who I am, I'm proud of being me. I don't need someone I want someone. That's the difference between being ready for a real relationship and not.

I am pursuing a career in Information Technology, hopefully getting into Network Security and forensics one day. I spend a lot of time trying to better my tech identity by learning material for certifications and current trends in tech.

Listening. I like to help others and to do that you have to listen. I think I give some pretty good advice most of the time. I also am good at helping people relax and be calm.

Truthfully? That I'm a big guy. It happens. I'm working on losing the weight slowly and for myself so everyone else can go jump the shark.

Ideally? My smile. I like to laugh and make others laugh.

I've had a lot of change in my life recently and so listing things here is not easy for me to do. I can give general things. For books I read fantasy mostly with the occasional Romance. I know that's odd but I'm a sucker for a love story so sue me. Movies? I really just watch what catches my eye. TV? Whats that? I haven't sat down in front of the tube in years. My tastes in music is almost all encompassing, though I don't have a particular like of rap. And food.... ahhh food. My relationship with all that is edible is currently on the hate side so I think I will not say what I prefer because right now i wish I could live without it.

Absolutely nothing of interest to most people. I'm a gamer. So if there is nothing better to do I game. I'd love better things to do lol

have quite a few nervous habits that I partake in if I'm not busy or am actually nervous to include tapping my fingers on any surface, bouncing my leg and making just about anybody close to me slightly uncomfortable. typically these kinds of things can be solved for a short while by pointing them out to me.

You have patience.
You want to meet someone that is going to be a loyal friend, be there for you when you need him, and carry you if you should be to weak to walk.

If you have at least half a brain and can use it.

If you want something serious and are genuinely interested in someone that is a bit odd compared to societies normal standards.
