My name is Jayme and I am never very good at these things...but this is my basic take on life: Just when you think nothing can surprise you anymore something comes out of left field(when you looking at right field)and hits you in the head.Its beautiful, wonderful, amazing and scary as hell but well if its not what the hell is the point right? I have wonderful people in my life, Im not sure I actual deserve....but Im not letting them go anytime soon. I have found a small piece of something in this world that makes me feel like I can make a difference, I suppose most would call that their voice.... I feel the need to try to fix things all the time, and I am more impatient then I should be, I curse to much, and want more then I have, I love with all I have, and give all I can....no one is perfect.I try my best and thats all I can do, and I am okay with that. I would die for the people I love and I know they would do the same...so honestly what more could I ask for? Go out and love someone, smile at someone, wave at them you never know what you may do for them. You never know what it may do for you, I have been amazed ! Im sure there are a million other things I should have mentioned but if you get to know me you will find out all you need to know and some things Im sure you could have lived with out knowing :)

I enjoy: laughing everyday, spending quality time with my family and friends, going out into this world and doing my part to make it better. fearlessness. conversations with good friends over coffee, tea, or an aloha pinapple from Jamba. sunshine on my face. wind in my hair. smelling flowers. seeing a baby smile. laying on the couch on a rainy day with a blanket and a good movie, preferrably with someone I love. Criminal Minds. NCIS. FoodNetwork. feeling the sand between my toes. hearing the ocean roll in and out. a full moon on a clear night. hugs. giving compliments. loving for the sake of loving

I am fun loving, attentive, and irrevrent

I am working a job that pays the bills until further notice...and by further notice I mean the day I manage to figure out how to pay for culinary school!
Beyond that I am enjoying the amazing people in my life and trying not to take anything for granted...this life is way to short to have regrets.

I love to cook...hence the culinary school dream above. I may not be amazing, but I make a mean mussels in marinara.I am a very attentive person, I pick up on details easily. Im a good listener, and my shoulder are always good to cry on. I am most happy when the people I love are happy.

I am short and curvy...once you they get over that you may like my eyes and my smile. It also very hard to miss my truck driver language, or the sarcasm that is wedged in between it!

Books: I will admit I am not huge reader...that being said two book I have read for fun and relaxation that turned out to be lessons learned were Tuesdays with Morrie, and The Five People You Meet in Heaven. Next up would The Secret Life of Bees. I love James Patterson novels...the entire Womans Murder Club series, and I am onto the Alex Cross series now!

Movies: Steele Magnolias, The Divine Secrets of the YaYa Sisterhood,The Price of Tides. The Bone Collecter, Kiss the Girls, The Client, Independence Day, Shawshank Redemption, The American President.

TV: I was a Law and Order SVU WHORE... yes I was, I am now an NCIS ADDICT, Criminal Minds, The L Word, I catch SYTYCD as often as I can, anything on Investigation Discovery Channel or the Food Netwerk( unless its the horrible Sandra Lee woman)

Music: You name it chances are I own some of it...even a small amout of country. But I am really into finding new artists that are still making a mark. My favortie would have to be some variation of folky, pop type stuff.
Missy Higgins, MoZella, Adele, Sara Bareilles, The Rescues, Jason Mraz, Matchbox 20, Ani, Maroon 5, John Mayer(ahh) some good old Bon Jovi never hurt either!

Food: I love to try to new things, I just tried oysters for the first time not that long ago, and recently has gaitor tail while in South Carolina(AMAZING) I know I am a dork but I get excited :)
I really love comfort food, the things your mom or grandma used to make... like homemade chicken soup Mmm. I have an affinity for curry that I have discovered recently. I love love love seafood, and mexican...I like it all!

Wow ummm thats rough.... my family, music, laughter, the fall, the ocean and great food/wine.

I think about the future alot, my future the futrue of the world. I think about how I want to spend my time, the goals I have, and ways to achieve those goals. Even if I dont have it all worked out right now, I will someday...and thinking about helps me not to forget there are others things I want beside whats right in front of me everyday. How I would really like to start settling down, building a life with someone, share my everyday with someone who can teach me new things and vice versa.
I also can never seem to wrap my head around why people feel its okay to treat other people as less then what are. Like we are some how all so fundamentally different when the truth is we are fundamentally the same...living, breathing, thinking, feeling beings.

Usually doing something casual with friends or family. On occaision at the bar watching a good band play, out to dinner, or sitting with friends with a good bottle of wine. I am fine with being a home body most nights though, sometimes a night of being curled up on the couch with the remote and some mindless tv is just what the doctor ordered.

This is an odd type of question to me...I mean all of this is private in a way isnt it? I guess if there is something here you want to know just ask me okay!
