Tom Robbins - Jitterbug Perfume. Other good books include; Lost In
Translation, Red Glass, The Door, The Secret Life of Bees, Science
Experiements You Can Eat, Orchid Fever, COD; The Fish That Changed
The World, The Feminisation of Nature, The Map That Changed the
World, Samurai Williams. I devour books; not the paper, just the
words. I hunger for them, dream of them, think wistfullly of
getting home to my good book, savour the closing chapters, letting
them last longer by keeping several books going at once.
I like to watch funny movies, especially with someone I care for,
the sort that make me laugh out loud, sharing it just encourages
the infectious laughter all the more. I prefer the lighter styles
of wit. Docos if they have anything really informative, actually
true, and positive to say.
I like a wide range of music, having been raised on classical
music, I now tend to more contemporary music of all sorts. I like
songs that have meaningful lyrics, especially for singing in the
shower and wild dancing to.
I enjoy natural foods and favour
pescatarian and
vegetarian dishes. I invent some
good food in specific foodstyles for people e.g
sugar-free,gluten-free, vegan etc. I am a free-style cook, but I do
write things down for other people to make when I feel a good
recipe coming on. I like to choose seasonal foods, and fresh from
the
organic home
garden or orchard
is the best. And books of course I eat quite a few of those. Quite
the gluttonous bibliophile at the moment. Oh, I see I have said
that twice now. Which makes it doubly true.
A question I wrote for Okcupid that got published is about organic
food :)
