i'm 20, i work, i write, i read, i like the hot summer rain, i think entirely too much. i'm never great at describing myself without someone asking. i feel like i'm just entertaining the wind.

i'm a freelance gaming / tech journalist and i work at JJ's right now. i play too many games, read too many books when the mood strikes me. i try not to take things too seriously if they're, well, not too serious.

functioning like a normal human being. writing, hopefully. singing, i wish. snarkiness. snark is a talent, i imagine. to someone. listening to the new queens of the stone age album on repeat.

my glasses. probably because they take up my face.

i like slaughterhouse five, cat's cradle, by the light of the moon, odd thomas, IT, books like that. i read all of the dune series even though chapterhouse was mildly painful. i prefer more philosophically relevant books even though horror is my favorite genre of anything.

movies are pretty easy. i like superhero movies, i like session 9, the exorcist, alien (prometheus was amazing), pandorum, event horizon, shutter island. anything that's decent and horror or space related. i like a lot of comedy movies too, but those are easy to like.

as far as TV goes, i like falling skies, x-files, supernatural, doctor who, things like that. good plots are good hooks for me. american horror story was alright. the second season is definitely better. it's found it's footing and doesn't rely so much on raunchiness. i've thought about starting game of thrones.

music is probably the hardest thing to tackle here. my tastes are pretty generalized - it's rock and roll. but i like the strokes, the vaccines, arctic monkeys, the white stripes, red hot chili peppers, nine inch nails, muse, mother mother, radiohead, system of a down, interpol, stuff of that nature.

food is great, who doesn't like food? i know they're asking for favorites, but it's hard to narrow down one favorite food. i like indian cuisine.

space, why i'm not in a rock band that only writes songs about other songs.

working until 8, but then it's usually come home and relax or go out with a friend or two.

i like girls even though they're gross. cooties man.

you like rad dudes with rad 'tude. or misunderstood artist souls. or someone who would joke about being either of those things.
