I'm Lisa.
I'm a college student. I just recently graduated from a community college and am currently attending a university, should be there til Spring of 2010 if everything goes smoothly. I'm majoring in Photography. I love music and movies. I work in a library so of course I love books, people ask me if that's boring, it's only boring when there isn't a lot to do and a lot of time left in my shift. I'm pretty quiet person but I warm up to people once I get to know them. I enjoy hanging out with my friends and family. I'm into tattoos and piercings. I have one tattoo and I'm hoping to get a second soon. I'm not the type that would get covered in them but I would like to get more than just one or two. I have 12 piercings five in one ear, four in the other, my lip, eyebrow and tongue. I don't plan on any more piercings cause after a time, too many can be a bit distasteful.

Working two jobs and going to school full time, I'm surprised I have the time for my friends but I'm putting school first and my jobs second, my friends are fit in there whenever I can. Kind of boring for me and can be frustrating but eventually it will just be work.

I'm am single right now and I don't mind it, I'm not looking to rush into anything. I don't mind meeting people but I would like to get to know someone as a friend before pursuing a relationship. Especially cause I'm in school right now, I need to focus on that.

giving people advice and I'm a good listener. I think I'm pretty good at useless movie trivia cause I'm a dork. I'm good at organizing which is why I work in a library, helps to be a little OCD hehe. Sleeping, I am fantastic at sleeping :p. I used to play the flute really good but then American Pie came out and my enthusiasm went way down about that (though I do love those movies). I also do a bang up job at completely zoning out, I do that often when I'm bored.

I think I'm good at being a friend. I'm always there for my friends when they need me, even in the middle of the night. I'm very loyal and will do just about anything for my friends even if they aren't always there for me. I guess that is a flaw and it can get frustrating but it's the way I am.

My piercings, this can be a good and bad thing.

Depending on the time of year, people notice my tattoo on my ankle cause it's so bright.

My laugh, especially if I'm with my girlfriends I'm probably the loudest one.

It's really hard to say my favorites cause I work in a freaking library, I love lots. I will say that my favorite authors are Jennifer Weiner and Cecelia Ahern. I have fallen in love with the Sookie Stackhouse novels by Charlaine Harris

I have a growing interest in foreign films, I'm trying to watch every film of Audrey Tautou or at least all the ones that the library carries. I really love comedy especially Judd Apatow movies like Knocked Up and 40 Year Old Virgin. I like tons of movies, one of my favorite things to do is watch movies. I also like weird movies that aren't the norm, the only one I can think of off the top of my head is Secretary. I usually don't like horror movies, some are okay but I'm not into gore and if I have to constantly look away from the screen it is a movie that I don't enjoy. Also Black Christmas one of the worst movies I have ever seen just to give you an example.

Some of the bands/artists I like are: Good Charlotte, Fall Out Boy, Paramore, Foo Fighters, System of a Down, HIM, New Found Glory, Simple Plan, All American Rejects, Kenny Chesney (though I don't own a single one of his albums) I don't tend to listen to country but I don't think it's all bad. I just never listen to it, Cobra Starship, kind of like Panic! at the Disco, Ludo, Explosions in the Sky Linkin Park, etc, etc.

I LOVE Chocolate, plain and simple, if you want major detail, dark chocolate. I like chicken too, Italian, Chinese, American (is there honestly such a thing?).

I personally think they should have TV shows on here too, my absolute favorite show right now is True Blood. Heard about a new show, the United States of Tara and I can't wait to see that.

Entertainment, water, love, food, friends, and transportation.

There is probably more important things but this just came off the top of my head and I made it more vague so I could fit more in it.

my future. And some of the mistakes of my past so I don't repeat them again. I also tend to think about where I stand financially and what I need to save up for and what I can achieve within the near future. I also tend to wonder if the world will end in my lifetime.

I'm always stuck in my head thinking about something, whether its the most recent book I've been reading or about my photography or my friends and family or events happening in our world today.

If's it payday, shopping right after work then rushing home cause everyone's a bitch in 5pm traffic. Usually I either stay home and chill or hang out with my available friends.

I am very shy around large groups of people. Hell, I'm just really shy in general. Though I am working on being more outgoing, it's a ongoing process. Anything else you'll have to find out one on one.

I love to bake, I spend time looking at cookbooks, I don't always get to cause my mom is a nazi when it comes to the oven, but I make sure I make something for Christmas every year.

I wished I lived in a different time, where it was pretty much mandatory for a guy to show respect to a woman. It's unbelieve the amount of guys I have met that turn from a prince to a frog.

you find something in common with me or find something interesting. Or just feel like saying something. I don't mind mail, unless your a bill collector lol.

If you would like to get to know me as a friend. If you're looking to rush into something before getting to know me then don't bother. You may say you want a relationship but if don't want to know who I really am first then your just looking for a booty call in my eyes.

Please don't be dishonest with me either, I'm not stupid and I know when something isn't right, and I can turn from a very sweet girl to your worse nightmare pretty quick.
