First thing I want to say is I'm mainly on here due to the hours I work (5;30pm to 2:00am Mon-Fri) making it hard to meet new people, so no, I'm not f-cked up or desperate or anything lol. I just happen to have always had a hopeless romantic streak and am tired of meeting "new people" in bars on the weekends.

A little about me; as you can see I have two kids I have partial custody of. I see them a lot during the week and officially have them every other weekend. No drama with the mama, she is good people, lol, we work together on everything. It just wasn't in the cards for us to be together as a couple. Besides that, things I enjoy doing for fun on my own are playing guitar, reading and writing, working out, looking up funny crap on the net (how I found this site HA), and relaxing with some TV. With my friends I like to go kick it/drink wherever the night goes, or chill, cook some food, watch some movies, jam if its any of my musician friends, or all the above lol. I got a pretty wide variety of circles of friends without being a social butterfly type, I'm not even super extroverted, but somehow never lack for stuff to do on weekends and whatnot.

I'm just looking for a cool and down-to-earth lady to get to know; no supermodels or anything like that, I've never been shallow. I find things physically attractive on all sorts of women so I guess I don't have a certain "taste" or whatever; I guess if you're taller than me that would make us both feel awkward maybe lol. Also if you are emotionally immature or just haven't lived through much in life yet, it probably won't work out. At this point in my life I just want a good emotional connection more than anything.

Trying to move it all forward. Does that make sense? It should; lol.

I'm not the tallest guy but I stand out a bit; people always remember me for some reason, I chalk it up to looking super Irish (reddish/brown hair ginger thing going on).

-Movies/TV: Anything off the beaten path; twisted comedy, thought-provoking type stuff, history, old horror stuff.....yeah just stuff.
-Books: Books make me interested in viewpoints I never would of thought of, I like books all around.
-Music: I'm gonna resist writing a long detailed list. I like music of any kind that gets me going. I grew up a metalhead/old school rap fan but have branched out in all directions since. I still play metal in the band I'm in so I guess I'm partial to it still.
-Food: I'm super open minded on food, and there's not really any kind of food that I haven't tried or won't try. Spicy, hot food has a special place in my heart though.

Obviously if you want to talk and maybe meet and then go from there. I don't really have any expectations; I'm all down just to connect with people and see where it goes. Sometimes hoping for the best and expecting the worst pays off right?
