I am myself. I love to write, read and sing. I currently have no idea where I live, or where I want to live. My soul is lost, and so forth am I. I will get there, it's just taking me a bit longer than others. Meanwhile, I am busy being myself and getting to know whoever the hell that is.

And for the record, I am five foot six AND 1/2. The half is important dammit.

Oh yeah. And I need to admit, along with being absolutlely Dori, absolutely insane, and cheerfully jaded, I am a bit ditzy. Flighty? ADHD? Something. It's part of the role I play. And I like it. So yeah. :-)

I have a son, he is almost ten. He is beautiful and he is EVERYTHING to me. Other than that, I live. I eat, drink and breathe simply because I have to. And I laugh at the world, well...because it's funny! (Cheerfully jaded, see?)

laughing. Making people laugh. Cooking. Writing. Singing. Making music relate to my life. Or my life relate to music. Or something.

A very good, very wise friend once told me "There is something about your eyes that tells the world that you do not belong in the life you live. You do not deserve the deck God has handed you, and your eyes Dori...they reflect that at first glance. You're beautiful and wonderful and...wow."

Someone else once said "I know very few people who don't like Dori. And those who I can think of, deserve to be shot anyway."

HE made me laugh. The other guy just made me cry. But I love them both.

A) Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. The book I'm currently writing, which is currently untitled. I think it might be "Does He Ever Get the Girl" after my favorite Dashboard song...which leands me to...C) (Worry not my pretties, we will get back to B...

Life. Stuff. Things. I try to be deep. And then, I contemplate my navel when I have nothing better to think about. :-P
