My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Down to earth, smart, creative, warm, fun (and funny), philosophical and gutsy.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm a working artist: I sing, improvise, act, move, write, produce, direct and teach. Run a company that teaches the techniques and ideas of the theater to business execs to help with collaboration, creativity, culture change and communication. Also very active in community organizing efforts and independent politics.

I travel a lot...mainly for work. Most recent trips include Ireland and Northern Ireland, Istanbul, Amsterdam, Portland, Hawaii, Sedona, Mexico City, Paris, Melbourne & Sydney, and Bangalore - less exotic places also like Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Chapel Hill and Boston. Am part of a musical improv troupe which is an awesome creative, and fun challenge.

Recently got a book deal with a major publishing house and so am deep diving in learning how to write a book! The clock is ticking....
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Improv, singing, selling, designing, teaching, performing. Trying new things, being embarrassed, and surviving. Making people laugh, and helping people feel comfortable about being a bit uncomfortable.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm warm and have a nice smile. Second thing they notice is that I'm a rebel.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
New York City
Old friends
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Politics, theater, certain song lyrics. Staying steady when kick-boxing. Golf - very recently started playing and I'm mildly obsessed. Stories and storytelling. Being who you are and who you're not..yet.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Performing, hearing music, seeing theater, dinner with friends. Sometimes out in Bridgehampton working on my book.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Hmmm. Later.
