I am a single mum to one small lunatic living and working in Leeds. I'm not sure why I'm here....but I am!

I'm not a girly girl....I don't own any heels and have only recently bought a hairdryer! I'm ginger but usually colour it various shades of red....not because I'm ashamed of my gingerness, but because I get bored!

I'm not one of the cool kids either....at school I was the one sat at the front of the class shyly avoiding any mayhem going on at the back.

I've been on a bit of a journey over the past few years....but i am happy with where my life is these days. it's not what I had imagined it would be, but I wouldn't change it.

I have no regrets....everything that has happened be it good, bad or ugly, has made me what i am today and I am happy with who I am. I may not be the prettiest, skinniest of people....but I don't want to be. Variety is the spice of life and that goes for so so many things.

I work in accounts fulltime and spend the rest of the time with my monkeychild! I love both jobs....one is more tiring than the other!

When I'm not busy with bank recs or making wiggly-woos out of plasticine I am quietly plotting my bid for world domination....though I suspect I'm more of a Pinky than a Brain! Schnarf ;)

Not sure what I'm really good at......waffling is possibly one and dancing like a loon when drunk is another!

I'm also very good at hearing incorrect lyrics! Though I do still say that 'You see, You see....you're a god damn arseface' are grand lyrics....hear that Mr Fallout Boy :P

I have a habit of over using exclamation marks....I like them!!!!

I really don't know......may be my hair colour....may be that I'm skipping happily down the road and singing very badly (small people are a good excuse for this).

I love most books....thrillers, sci-fi, horror, chick-lit. Movies too....I am as happy watching kids films as I am watching Horrors. My favourite films include The Breakfast Club, St Elmos Fire, Pretty in Pink, Transformers, The Underworld trilogy, Blade Trilogy, Doom, Serenity, Slither, the original Star Wars trilogy.....the list goes on and on!

Music I'm more in to rock/indie type stuff than owt else...but I happily listen and sing badly (my grandma always told me I had the voice of an angel...a tone deaf angel....but an angel nonetheless) to anything from Doris Day to The Dropkick Murphys. Kiss Me I'm Shitfaced is one of my drunken anthems.

I like 'bad' films....the kind usually found on Sky Three with titles like The Hive, Attack of the mutant amoeba, etc. They make me laugh!

I love Doctor Who, Firefly (i'm praying for another series), Mock The Week and sadly police reality things for some reason! I'm using my small lunatic as an excuse for watching things like the original transformers series and thundercats....I call it educating her :P

Food.....well....I like it...other than really spicey food and shellfish I'll try owt. I do like stodge though.....suet puddings! Mmmmm!
