I consider myself to be kind and giving, honest and open, passionate and sensuous, bright and playful, quirky yet grounded plus creative and appreciative. Nature is my spiritual inspiration. Sailing has been my obsession and passion. I'm hoping to spend more time on the bay as well as off shore sailing on my Islander 36 berthed in Pt. Richmond. Social and environmental consciousness are very important to me. I welcome growth and new challenges. I'm a romantic with a big heart and a childlike innocence, open to wonder. I'm ultra feminine in my demeanor. My job was in social services, working daily with people in need and now that I'm retired I'm seeking new endeavors. My man would be sensitive and loving, strong yet gentle, receptive and positive, and full of fun and adventure. Being sexy and full of joy and passion would be even better yet. He would be a collaborator, someone who likes to share as I do. I would also hope he had an understanding and appreciation for the natural world.
My dreams include exploring life everywhere under open sky - in the wild flowered meadows, on warm tropical beaches, rocking on the ocean, beside ferny waterfalls, on the soft bed at the foot of the giant redwoods and on mountain tops.

Art, music and theater inspire me. I'm very much involved ( as well as evolved) with nature and outdoor activities, including SAILING, camping, kayaking, swimming, biking, hiking, exploring and making love. Exercising and dancing are part of my daily routine. I simply love life and I'm full it!

Going with the Flow
A Taoist story tells of an old man who accidentally fell into the river rapids leading to a high and dangerous waterfall. Onlookers feared for his life. Miraculously, he came out alive and unharmed downstream at the bottom of the falls. People asked him how he managed to survive. "I accommodated myself to the water, not the water to me.
