I'm what others might consider an enigma: a free spirit with an
incredible amount of motivation ;) I am dedicated to a life of
activism and creative expression, and am a bit of a gypsy.
I moved to Chicago from Central America for graduate school, and to make an attempt at 'adulthood'. I adore the city, and spend a good deal of time exploring.
I'm politically active in my community, and you can often find me protesting various sources of bigotry, misogyny, and capitalist greed.

What I’m doing with my life
I'm an MSW student and vocalist, and I work in social services with
chemically dependent women. My work is intense, but worry not - I'm
also fun!
Additionally, I volunteer as a medical advocate for rape survivors, and am a member of a queer cheer squad (but, I'm a cheerleader!). I spend a great deal of time reading and reflecting.
