My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
So, yep. I'm a girl from Western MA with her own little view on the world and stuff in general. I'm fairly Democratic in politics; best you know that straight off.

I like writing, vampires, creepy things, and nonconformity. Don't you? Most of my writing these days is Hellsing fanfiction, dark and creepy with lots of gore and some sex in there. I can be persuaded to like almost any anime, though; just show me a couple episodes. Recently I've become obsessed with Sailor Moon.

I'm looking more for friends than anything else here. I'm too socially immature for a serious relationship and just not looking right now. If you happen to be madly in love with me just from this essay, your loss.

I am ostentatious, creative, and kind of scary
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I... really don't know but I think I might like to be a doctor in a hospital. No, not just because I like to cut people open!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Writing is the obvious one. Beyond that I'm fairly good at digital art, school, being funny and making people feel comfortable. Apparently I'm so nonthreatening that people feel they can trust me with their darkest secrets. Sometimes those are secrets I wish I didn't know.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My eyes. I'm quite fond of them myself, they're the perfect shade of blue for my complexion. I also have short, light brown, curly hair which seems to attract people's attention. Beyond looks, the fact that I'm insane is usually what people pick up on first.

Books (* indicates manga):

Dracula by Bram Stoker (how predictable)

*Faerie's Landing by You Hyun (a rather obscure Korean manga)

All Cats Have Aspergers Syndrome by Kathy Hoopman (so cute!)

*Hellsing by Kohta Hirano (vampires, hot babes, Nazis, what more could you want?)

Any plays, especially Shakespeare's (because I like the theater, why else?)

To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee (BEST. BOOK. EVER.)

The Minister's Black Veil by Nathaniel Hawthorne (actually a short story, but cool nonetheless)

Anything Edgar Allen Poe ever wrote (oh God *gothgasm*)

Bram Stoker's Dracula (my favorite version)

Princess Mononoke (who doesn't love it?)

Howl's Moving Castle (a touching story of love and men with wings)

Anything Star Wars (nerd to the core, I am)

My Hellsing DVDs (duh)

Malice Mizer (J-rock)

Showtunes (ehhh... heh heh heh)

Anything with a nice guitar line (no, I don't actually play the guitar)

Chinese takeout (I could live off this stuff)

Red meat (I have an excuse, I'm skinny, I NEEEEEEEED IT)

Angel food cake (...but I'd rather finish with something delicate.)

Anything chocolate or chocolate-flavored (...unless I really really need chocolate.)

Cheetos (crunchy, not puffy, though either will do)

Japanese mushroom soup (I don't actually know what it's called)

Nachos (well this is turning into a checklist of health foods...)

Brocolli (no I'm not kidding!)

Pizza (but only from certain places)

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Computer. (99% of Americans probably put this answer.)

2. Books. (But my brain can't possibly rot!)

3. Paper. (I gotta write, it's in my blood.)

4. A good pen and some Wite-Out. (Because cross-outs bother me.)

5. A blanket. (I get cold really easily.)

6. Cats. (So soft and cuddle-able and nice to pet...)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Whether I'll ever get a boyfriend. The meaning of life. I tend to get into deep philosophical discussions with myself about where I was before I was born and where I'm going after I die, and I actually get dizzy from it.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Exactly where I am now. Nerd.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I've been diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder.
