Now I'm not overly taken with this online dating malarkey, but I did meet my ex on here. So I figure it is possible. I shall warn you now though, if busy it's nothing personal but my response times may be awful. Once we get chatting and if we meet I can assure you I have more than enough time, for a genuine relationship. The Internet just somehow doesn't feel like real people.
So about me, well I love to travel. If only holiday days weren't limited and travel money was endless! In the interim, (before my lottery windfall) it would be great to have someone to spend time with here in the UK. Best holiday so far was Cape Town, sun, whale watching, robben island (very sad), cocktails, climbing table mountain, shark diving, eating far far too much, a real mixed bag and great fun!
When back at home, I like to watch a good movie. My best mate is a movie buff. Name a film, I have probably seen it. Whether I remember it.... But remind me of the actors and plot it will come back. At a push I'll watch a horror, but not a genre of choice. I like to cook, I'm no pro but I enjoy it. I've recently rejoined the local gym, so getting back in the swimming routine, although after a long day sometimes it's more sauna/ steam room heavy rather than swimming.
I love a random event. Whether it be cinema in a graveyard of charity, holi colours festival or the london taste festival. I am game for trying most things. I want to do one of these locked room experiences, they sound great fun! No not 50 shades of grey, in my mind it's more like the crystal maze!
Now this doesn't seem popular on here, but here goes nothing. Love a meal out, sharing a bottle of wine or if with the girls maybe a few cubra libra and or mojitos. I love to try new places to eat, try things I haven't had before. Be them a health food or a deep fried greek cheese pie, followed by a local donut. Variety is the spice of life after all :-)
Now I'm sorry gents, but if you're 50 plus, you really are out my age bracket. Same applies if you are a young pup, under 27. The rule is down so please don't now be offended if I don't reply and you are in the above categories.
I wrote this on the iPad, so no doubt when I read again, auto correct will have destroyed me. I apologise now if you read this before I double check it.
Film: too many to pick from... Shawshank redemption, terminator 2, aliens, pretty woman, dirty dancing. Basically all genre, bar horror.
Song: couldn't pick one. Guilty pleasures, which I'll own up to Rod Stewart & Tom Jones
Food: ok officially no good at picking a favourite. Roast, Indian, Mexican...Thai... Oh all food ;-)
Show: love a random event or show in London. The Heavy band wise I have seen several times. Book of Mormon in westend was funny.
