I have been through the wringer in life and feel like the most interesting people in my life have as well. I am compassionate, intelligent, and fun :)

I identify as queer, not bisexual. I don't fit particularly well within the designated boxes. My partner G-money_Dancer and I identify as polyamorous. I believe that it is possible to love and be emotionally connected with more than one person.

I am an RN working in the ER. I am trying to make a difference the only way I know how, 1 person at a time. It certainly helps that I get paid for it :)

I am told that I give awesome hugs. I have had a lot of intense life experiences. I am able to empathize and understand many challenges people are going through because of this.

My beard? :) Seriously? Hmm. I have a very calming presence. People feel relaxed and able to talk openly with me.

Books: Most anything by 19th century Russian authors (Dostoevsky, Gogol, Tolstoy, Chekov). Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind. The Ethical Slut, Opening Up, Sex at Dawn.

Music: I am kind of all over the place with music. I find myself most often listening on Pandora to channels based on Vengaboys, Lady Gaga, Snow Patrol, The Killers, and Glee.

Food: Thai food is my all time favorite. Runners up include seafood, barbeque, and teriyaki.

The people I love. Relationships. Some nights I think alot about my experiences at work. It can be hard to let go when you don't know if someone lived or died OR if you watched them die.

If I am not working I am likely: Out with friends, hanging out with my partner, or playing pinochle with my dad.
