My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hello! My name is Joe. Thank you for taking the time to view my profile. What to say about myself...well...I consider myself to be a genuinely caring person who puts his heart into everything he pursues. Music and driving are my therapeutic escapes! Winding country roads with the radio blaring...now that sounds like an awesome time to me! I've been told that I can be a bit too enthusiastic at times, but that's who I am.

I just moved to a new area for a fresh beginning of sorts. Nothing major; just a small move to change the scenery around me and get myself on track for the next step in life.

I suspect many people here can relate to my reason for trying this site. I keep very busy most of the time, so I hope this can be my avenue to meet some new people that I would otherwise not have the opportunity to know.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I work at the YMCA as a School Program Director up in Citrus County. I consider myself an ambitious person. I know I want to get my Master's Degree, but I'm still weighing my long term options as to what major I would like to pursue.

During my free time, which is pretty much the weekends or , truly enjoy traveling. I aspire to travel the United States first before traveling abroad. But I wouldn't complain about a European excursion before I saw everything I'd like to see in America!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Listening to others and expressing my thoughts. I'm typically a very easy-going, sweet person. Sometimes I stick in my head a bit to process, but I think we're all guilty of that from time to time.

Being reflective. I'm finally starting to accept that we can always be doing SOMETHING better in our life. I can't improve at everything all at once. I consider myself a jack of many trades, without an ace.

Maintaining a sense of optimism.

Mario Kart and most racing games. I'm somewhat of a gamer. My mental vacation away from reality.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I can be extremely talkative and loud without any alcoholic influence whatsoever. Yet, I also have that introspective side I mentioned. I'm just a big, laid-back crazy kid who gets excited about the littlest things and enjoys the life I live.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Reader's Digest (seriously, there's some really good stuff in those books) Other than that, I seem to only read children's books these days with my group.

Movies: I haven't seen nearly as many movies as I would like! The Batman movies directed by Christopher Nolan; Shrek; Lion King. Most of the movies I've seen have been kids' movies or supernatural thrillers (two extremes of the spectrum there)

Shows: Big Bang Theory (my friends compare me to Sheldon) Supernatural, The Voice/American Idol, Ghost Adventures, Under the Dome, MLB Baseball (GO RAYS!), NFL/NCAA Football, and NASCAR.

Music: I was raised on country and classic rock, so those are my go-to genres on my iPod. I'm not too picky; any jams with rhythm and meaningful lyrics that are not too explicit will be blasted at will.

Food: Pepperoni Pizza, with flavorful sauce and more cheese than necessary, enough said.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1) Water
2) Oxygen
3) My Family
4) Shelter
5) Sleep
6) Time to unwind
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The future, don't we all? Where will I be and how will I get there?
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Bowling, shooting pool, having a game night with friends, or visiting my family.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I really have no skeletons to surprise anyone with.

You would like to of course. I feel I'm extremely easy to talk to! Again, thank you for taking the time to read this snapshot of me.
