My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.

My name is Justin. I help manage a cafe in Westerville. I've lived in Columbus since Spring of 2011 but have spent my whole life in Ohio. I'm smart, fun, creative, and loving. I haven't made a lot of friends since being here nor have I met anybody really special to date (I guess I don't get out much) but I'm looking for both. Hope to hear from you!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Aside from working in the cafe I also study Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu several nights a week. I haven't quite figured out what I want my future to look like but I know I want love in it. I guess I'm a work in progress. But aren't we all? :p
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Fighting sleep.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I heard through the grapevine that I have perfect eyebrows. Haha, I have no idea.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
My favorite books are any in the Calvin and Hobbes series. I also like reading about religion, philosophy, science, politics and nutrition.

I used to play in punk bands but enjoy lots of different music. Some of my favorites are Rancid, Aeop Rock, Box Car Racer, Kings of Leon, Sage Francis, Red Hot Chili Peppers, R.E.M., Eydea and Abilities, Dave Matthews, Tori Amos, Immortal Technique, Refused, and on and on...

My favorite movies include Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Reign Over Me, Lord of the Rings, Collateral, What Dreams May Come, Where the Wild Things Are, and I really enjoy documentaries.

I generally try to avoid watching tv but I do follow MMA. And I like to watch things that make me laugh and the news.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I think I'm adaptive enough to live without most material goods. I'll list six things without which I would be a diminished version of myself:

Intellectual stimulation- doesn't have to be a paragraph long algorithm, just some new concepts to contemplate or a new dilemma through which to work.

A creative outlet- I've always enjoyed writing, illustrating, and playing music. I feel far more fulfilled and balanced when these are a part of my life.

Romance- I'm a sucker for it. Haven't had much luck cultivating it recently though.

Physical gratification- not just orgasms! I'm a happier and more confident person when I'm doing martial arts and challenging myself to reach new planes of fitness. I'm not very fit at the moment, however, don't get excited. :p

Family and friends- I'm very lucky to have such wonderful and loving people in my life even if I don't get to see much of them.

Surprises- I have a penchant for betraying expectations and thoroughly enjoy having mine betrayed as well. Sometimes! Haha
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The human condition, fighting, love, what to do next with my life, any of the various people that have impacted me, my ambitions, and my past.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I kissed a girl... and I liked it.
