I am a very typical "type A" personality. I am back in school, and
have a drive to succeed, so work (school or otherwise - you do
still have to pay the bills) often takes much of my day away. I
have high standards, both in myself and in who I chose to be with -
but don't take this as being cocky, I just believe you should
always strive to be the best you can be, and settling for less then
your best is simply a waste. I do make time for other activities
though....mostly traveling. I love exploring new places - Europe 8
times, the Caribbean 4 times and 48 states to date. When I'm not
traveling, I am interested in art and photography. Anything else, you'll
just have to ask me...

My favorite books, movies, music, and food
books - I don't read much. Not that I wouldn't love to read more,
but I have dyslexia, and it is just too much work to be able to
enjoy reading. As it is, I tend to read very few books that aren't
related to whatever subject I am studying at the time.
movies - a very eclectic mix; including everything from Boondock Saints, Serenity and Shortbus, to Hedwig, Grandma's Boy, and the Ocean's trillogy.
music - like movies, I tend to have a bit of everything playing in the soundtrack of my life - but a few all-time favorites include U2, Dropkick Murphys, Flogging Molly, Bill Forrest, Dresden Dolls, Mighty Mighty Bosstones, NIN, Sigur Ros and many MANY more.
food - I tend to stick to the all american cuisine when it comes to my favorites, but I still like to experiment and try new things (and you can't forget home-made vietnamese food....always near the top of my list).
