I also believe that life is crazy, and wonderful, and beautiful, and that every day is a new opportunity. I would like to share in that craziness with those closest to me. Perhaps I'll meet more people like that here.

My self-summary
Let's see... I like to take things slow. I believe that the longer
you have to wait for something, the more gratifying its reception
is. That being said, I believe that I'm a very patient individual.
I'm looking for relationships that will grow over time, whether
that be friendship, or more. Some people say that I take life too
seriously, and that's probably true, but I believe it's an
endearing quality. I'm the type of person to write everything down,
and forget where I put my notes.
I also believe that life is crazy, and wonderful, and beautiful, and that every day is a new opportunity. I would like to share in that craziness with those closest to me. Perhaps I'll meet more people like that here.

What I’m doing with my life
In a transition period, occupationally speaking. I'm still
employed, but I'm looking for something more satisfying. Meanwhile,
I'm also attempting to acquire an AA in just about anything, so
that I may move on to acquiring a BA in Education. After that, I
can finally get some teaching experience under my belt.
I’m really good at
nothing. However, I can become good enough at just about anything
that may be needed, and in a short amount of time.
I suppose I'm good at that.

The first things people usually notice about me
I haven't a clue. No one's ever explicitly mentioned the first
thing they noticed about me. Maybe that will change?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books? Well, I've been on a classical kick lately, as well as just
about any book that you may have been forced to read in
high-school, or junior high. I figure, if I'm going to force kids
to read these books one day, it would be in my best interest to
find things about them that I enjoy. Some of my favorites include:
Brave New World, by Aldous Huxley; as well as
1984, by George Orwell. I'm currently thumbing through
Paradise Lost, as well as the complete fiction of H.P.
Lovecraft.
Movies that I enjoy include: Angels in America, What Dreams May Come, The Watchmen, V for Vendetta and The Broken Hearts Club, just to name a brief few.
My music tastes span a dramatic range. Currently I'm listening to any playlist I can build around Amanda Palmer, and/or Regina Spektor.
I'm afraid my taste for food is rather limited, as I was raised on Shepard's Pie, Meatloaf, and Microwavable meals. I would like to expand my culinary horizons, but it's hard to kill old habits.

The six things I could never do without
My iPod. I don't have any attachment to it in particular, but I
need music in my life.
Clothes, as I'm not very keen on showing myself off.
A bed. Sleep and I have had a rock steady relationship for a few years now, and I have no intention of ruining that.
Some source of literature, though it really goes without saying.
My glasses. Being able to see is important, but sometimes they are nice to have simply for the option of removing them. I like having the ability to remove a certain level of weight from my life at any given moment.
Any means of transportation. A car, a bike, my legs.. anything that will take me from one point to another. I don't really like staying in one place for too long.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
life, how I could better myself, and/or what I'm going to eat next.
On a typical Friday night I am
probably asleep, or participating in some level of nerdiness with
the small, close-knit, group of friends that I'm a part of here.
Maybe, just maybe, I'll be out dancing. (I do love dancing.)
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I like country music... and line dancing.
I’m looking for
- Guys who like guys
- Ages 18–25
- Near me
- For new friends, activity partners, long-distance penpals
You should message me if
you like Piña Coladas, and getting caught in the rain, or if you
would like to hear more cheesy one-liners. If you're looking for
someone to strike up a conversation with, then I would be happy to
oblige.
