I'm a student of the world, speaking several languages and interested in all cultures. There are many places I've been, and many more yet to experience. I'm following my bliss.
I keep balanced by exercise, good nutrition, positive energy, and seeing the glass always half-full. There is good in every person...everyone is fighting their own internal battle. Be kind & compassionate to others. Meditate. Do yoga. Breathe.
It's not the mountains that trip you up; it's the pebbles in your shoes. Thing is, life and love are full of pebbles.
Always take the road less traveled. Take risks. Be the one who volunteers while others sulk in the back row. Don't be afraid to suffer once in a while. It will make you tougher. Wear your heart on your sleeve sometimes.
Work hard, have goals, find something that makes you happy and gives back to society in some way. Make your footprint on the world more than just consuming. Make your resume your life...a career is nice to have...but it's just a job. It's not you.
Write a letter to yourself from 10 years ago and instruct yourself to be kinder, gentler. Then read it and do it.
Everyone is living their own story; their lives do not revolve around you. Be kind to others...you don't know their story for today and it might be harder than you think.
