My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I think slightly geeky sums me up rather well. I enjoy sci-fi, computer games and am passionate about my work. I have a penchant for finding obscure bits of law, and I have a favourite bit of legislation though only for its name not the actual physical act.

I also like some sports, notably football and specifically Liverpool as well as Cricket. I find it nice and relaxing to watch a test match or to listen to the rambling delights of test match special on Radio 4.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working, mostly with equality law and helping people. I find it very interesting though in reality talking about the law normally puts most people to sleep.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
There has to be two favourite books, the first is “God is not great” by the late great Christopher Hitches. If you haven’t read anything by him then this is a must, a wonderfully written book and a damming indictment of organised religion.

The second has to be Lawrence M Krause – “A Universe From Nothing” it’s a deep read, from a Cosmologist, who predicted the existence of Dark Matter long before there was scientific consensus on it. Though in this book he uses the latest developments in Quantum Physics to hypothesise the existence of the universe, a very good read even for people who are not ofay with science.

As for music, well eclectic I suppose sums up my taste. Band’s such as REM, Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Hole take place alongside NIN, Ministry, KMFDM, Mudvayne as well as people like Dido, KT Tunstall, Alanis Morissette as well as some others I am not willing to own up to in public.

Movies & TV, I love a good documentary on history or science as well as sci-fi of which at the moment I am currently working my way through Deep Space 9 from the beginning. When it comes to movies I like things in which there is an anti-hero I find they make the movie more interesting. On top of those, I love the Hannibal movies and am very excited about the TV series that’s set to start soon.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Six things I couldn’t deal without;
1. My Music
2. My phone
3. My bed
4. My Computer
5. Cigarettes, I know it’s a bad habit but I would kill people without one first thing in the morning
6. Good friends to talk to.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
A vast array of things, from the price of cheese through to existential questions about the existence of the universe and life on earth; though the hypothesis put forwards by Lawrence M Krause in “A Universe from Nothing” does live a bit more thinking time for the more mundane questions life has proposed.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm a manic depressive, the less pc term for having bipolar.
