I'm a big ole geek, what exactly that entails is sort of a moving target. At the moment I've gotten back into board games and recently started reading comics for the first time since I was a kid.

I spend quite a bit of time playing trivia at various bars around JP. It's the best way I have to get value out of a life's worth of looking up the answer to every question that's ever flitted across my mind.

I spend an inordinate amount of time at the comic book store that's two minutes from my house.

TV: Big Bang Theory, Community, Archer, Doctor Who, Mystery Science Theater 3K, every nature documentary that David Attenborough has ever been involved with, Mythbusters

Movies: anything by Pixar, older Tim Burton and Terry Gilliam stuff, Doctor Strangelove, Princess Bride, Star Wars, etc.
The six things I could never do without
1. Gchat
2. Some kind of game, or at least some variety of randomization element or ball so I can create a game
3. People that make me think why I think the things I think.
4. Good beer.
5. A couple extra spaces on any list for things that I forgot.

Pretty much everything. I then spend an equal or greater amount of time looking it up to find out more about it.
