My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I moved to the LA area, back in November 2010, from the Bay Area. Still feel like I'm getting to know this area. I do miss it up in San Francisco, but I love it here. Everyone in this town seems like they're trying to pursue a dream, so I don't feel like I'm alone. I admit I when I first moved here, I used to think the worst of LA(like most people), but I realized I was so wrong. LA is an amazing place, so much to do here, so much art and culture, and so many awesome people from all over. I'm a bit of a geek(into all kinds a geek culture) but I have a social life. I don't take myself too seriously, and can definitely laugh at myself. I'm pretty sarcastic(can't help it most of the time), but I'm not cynical.

I'm always up for trying something new, just throw it my way.
I love to go out, always on the look out for a new hang out spot, dive bars, lounges, wine tasting, different restaurants, art exhibits, movies, plays, concerts (I love checking out local bands). I'm all about going to Comic-Con every year and dressing up. Halloween is my favorite time of the year! I try not to be a homebody, but I have no problem hosting movie or game nights (board or video games) at my place. Not only looking to get back into the dating scene, but also to meet some new cool people.

Oh, and I can proudly say that I was lucky to climb the Mayan pyramids before they were closed to public!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I currently write articles and host a podcast for a nerd culture website, that I started. Gets me into Comic Con! Full-time, I work for a new online video platform, Pluto.TV (think Spotify/Pandora with all video content) as a video curator/content producer. Pretty awesome, feel free to check it out. YouTube is pretty much my life.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Doing different voices (my best are Morgan Freeman and The Joker), BBQing, being patient (or at least I try to be), not losing my cool on the road (especially with LA drivers) beer pong (I used to be on an actual beer pong team), Street Fighter, playing Cards Against Humanity, Pub Trivia (I am full of useless information). Making people laugh, even if I'm trying not to be funny. Making wise cracks and being a smart ass!
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My quirkiness, I normally smell like Aqua Di Gio cologne and Old Spice deodorant (but not at the same time), and I'm a total goofball! Oh, and my absolutely badass Diesel watch. I get a lot of compliments on it. Apparently, no one has seen anything like it! Met Alton Brown, from Food Network, and he told me that my watch looks like it could bring down the Mother Ship. True story!

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My car, iPhone, water, my Ray Bans, laptop, spearmint gum, my watch, my camcorder (I'm a vlogger), Chuck Taylors, Nutrageous bars
(okay, that was obviously more than six)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
- Where I'm going to end up today
- Whether my life is movie or a TV show, because I always find myself breaking my own fourth wall.
- When are hoverboards going to be invented (come on, 2015 is ONLY next year)
- The 'Party Down' movie spin-off
- Going to the next Comic-Con
- Why I have not yet auditioned to be Johnny Utah in Point Break Live
- And mostly Zombie Apocalypse....I'm so ready for it!
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Going out for a drink with friends, seeing a movie, trying a new restaurant, seeing a concert, going to a stand up comedy show, movie or game nights at my place or friend's place, or getting invited to do something that I have never done before!

Or playing GTA V....
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I've cried watching the following movies:
The Green Mile, Toy Story 3, Up, The Lion King, and during that scene in Never Ending Story, when the horse dies.

Unfortunately, I don't speak any other languages, which probably sounds pretty disappointing to many, considering I am of Spanish descent, but come on give me a break, my folks never spoke it to me, and my dad was in the Marine Corps for 20 years, he wanted to make sure that I was A-MUR-icanized. Good times!
