My Self-Summary
I work with lasers here in the deep south but there's never a tank
of sharks when I need one. At the moment they take place in pitch
blackness so I appreciate going outside when I can. Someone I met
on the bus told me I resemble Sabertooth but I don't know the comic
book at all.
What I’m doing with my life
I program physics simulations and read a whole lot of books. I
actually cook breakfast each morning because it wakes me up. I had
a research fellowship last year in China so I still practice
Chinese for when I go back if I can get the grant renewed.
I’m really good at
I overcompensate for being a science nerd by being a movie nerd. I
can touch my nose with my tongue and my Chinese coworkers tell me
my language skills have come a long way though they would say that
just so I can stop pestering them for pronunciation tips.
The first things people usually notice about me
I asked someone about this a while back and he said I was the first
person to laugh at his Groucho Marx joke. But this isn't usual so
I'll go with my bright red goatee.
