I'm a former U.S. Marine sergeant, a self-published author of one fictional novel and several other books in progress, a college student studying Criminal Justice. I've been told I'm a very nice guy, very respectful. I can be a little reserved at first but I warm up to people fast if I like them. I don't have the most exciting social life due to school and other priorities.

Physical fitness is big with me. I take care of my body and respect people who do the same. In my opinion, you're never too busy to run once a week or lift some weights. I try to eat healthy (doesn't always work hahaha).

Politics: More conservative but I can get along with reasonable liberals.

Religion: Family is Catholic but I'm non-religious now, but don't care if you are so long as you respect that I'm not and don't try to change me.

From what I've heard, most guys on here live with their parents or a friend or something. I LIVE BY MYSELF. I am very independent. I hate depending on other people.

ALSO: I feel I have to say this. If someone sends you a decent message (not sex-filled, generic, or retarded), and you're not interested, then just reply "Not interested". Honestly it takes 5 seconds.

Going to college and trying to get my associates at first in criminal justice. Then hoping to get my bachelor's in criminal justice. I'm also looking to complete my other writing projects and get them out on the market.

I'm not a jerk, I actually respect women. Physical appearance-wise I don't know or care. My stance is that action beats out appearance any day. You can look like Chris Evans or Scarlett Johansson but if you're a liar or scumbag, you're not worth the air you breathe.

Movies: "The Avengers, Captain America, okay all Marvel movies, pretty much anything but any vampire movies or a lot of new stupid, raunchy comedies which aren't funny.

Shows: 24, Dexter, How I Met Your Mother, Castle, Boardwalk Empire, The Walking Dead, Cities of the Underworld, a few more

Music: Mostly rock (classic, metal, new age, alternate, epic). I like country, some rap/hip-hop/pop, classical, Irish/Celtic, again very diverse
