Hi! I'm John. I live in North Austin with my dog, Cinnamon. I define myself as a runner, even though a knee injury has limited my mileage for the past few years. I buy handmade soap when I can because I don't want to smell like anyone else. I have an affection for handmade bicycles, and fountain pens, and mechanical and solar watches. I feel most alive when traveling on two wheels, so if you catch a glimpse of me on a paved surface, I'll likely be on a bicycle or motorcycle. I am on a rapid upward progression in my life, and I'm excited at the chance to meet you when things are so good.

I'm working on gaining entry into a career path I'll enjoy (in the hiring process to be an EMT with Travis County), I'm nearly finished paying off my tiny one-bedroom condo, and I have no other debt. I'm in the gym and on my bike constantly, preparing for an attempt at competing as a track cyclist this year. All I'm missing is my wife-to-be, and I hope you're her.

Writing; staying true to exercise regimens; I have an unusually strong sense of smell. I am as loyal as they come when I'm in a committed relationship; I will never lie to you or cheat on you, ever.

I get "handsome" and "smiles a lot" at roughly equal rates from compliment-givers.
