My Self-Summary
Well, I really don't want to fill this out. Its pretty stupid to
put up the only things people can really ask about on here.
Here is what you need to know. I have a kid, I still spend time around my ex, we have a kid, it means I will be around her from time to time.
This does not mean you have to deal with my kid, I am not trying to find a mother or anything, she already has one that does a damned good job. So no worries about that.
If you can't deal with it, then just keep going.

What I’m doing with my life
Got a new place to live out in Lincoln with a couple friends.
UPDATE: I have a love/hate relationship with this town. On one
side, its great for my kid, lots of parks, clean, etc. At the same
time, it fucking closes down at 10pm....
Trying to get some time out with people I don't know, preferably people that get me to do things I don't normally do. I started running, surprising after not doing it for so long, I do ok.
Well, things change, heading off to boot in November. Back in for Christmas and gone again, its going to be tough not seeing my daughter for such long stretches of time.

I’m really good at
Procrastination, making various varieties of ramen noodle with
additional items in it, drawing, video games, being really
nerdy.
What am I not good at? Probably a ton of things, mountain climbing, buildings ships, flying, talking to cats, you know, the usual.
Outside of that, I like to think I do a good job at being Dad.

It really depends, I've been told eyes, but if I let my hair grow
out it becomes a giant puff ball and I am sure that is first!
Well, no more puff ball allowed, nor any facial hair...big change! My face feels naked and cold! Aaaah!

My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Lets see, my favorite book is Musashi. I also like to read mindless
sci-fi and
fantasy novels,
history books,
science books, hell, put it in front of me and I am likely to read
it. Orson Scott Card is a favorite, Ender's Game is just the
beginning.
Movies, wow, a ton. Stalingrad, Star Wars (the originals), Boondock Saints, Stranger than Fiction, Old School, Office Space, Six String Samurai, anything Kurosawa are some of my favorites, but I will watch anything, especially if the company is good.
Music, depends, not limited to genre as much as dependent on artist.
More specifically though, Social D, Flogging Molly, Nickleback, Metallica (older stuff and the new album, in between its a bit crap), classic rock, Led Zep is a fav, Skynyrd is fantastic, I'm even guilty of listening to pop sometimes....

The six things I could never do without
There isn't much I couldn't live without other than the basics and
my family.
Things I don't want to live without are a whole other matter. I think this is actually what the question is meant to refer to. All in all I am pretty fond of lots of things, and while it is fun to rough it in the woods sometimes, I like having my phone and computer.

What am I going to do to get myself ahead and give my daughter the

What boot will be like, what I will do when I get back.
How my daughter is growing up so fast, I am going to leave and come back, by then she will be talking and doing all sorts of new things. I worry that she won't remember me.

Playing with a toddler, till she goes to sleep, then whatever I
want to do. Usually watching a movie or playing video games.
Yes my weekends are taken up, I can sometimes get a Friday night or Sunday night though, but its rare.
