I enjoy complex, complicated topics to discuss, but I do not want that in my personal life. If it is not on paper, it should be simple, uncomplicated. Granted, that is not what life is like, but it is an ideal to work toward. Even the most complex problem is just a collection of less complicated issues.
I spent a few years in the military, then used the GI bill to go back to college. After graduating (twice) I found a job. Not one that I love, but it is not bad.
I am a single parent...usually. She is 20, so there are occasional bouts of insanity where she thinks she actually knows more than I do... Fortunately, they are relatively rare.
I believe that religion, spirituality, or whatever terms one uses for such concepts are best defined by the individual themselves. I do not denigrate any given religion, I just know that none of them are for me.
