I worked construction straight out of high school. Something about being a parent and having to support three people...Any way, trying to work and raise a family and go to school did not work. I joined the navy to try to accomplish that. Well, two out of three isn't bad. I lost my family in the process, but that is another story for another time. Finished college, got out of the Navy, and now going back to school. Right now, life revolves around law school. But even school cannot take life over completely. I have to get away from the books/computer sometimes.

Personality wise... I am honest to a fault. I find that honesty trumps politeness every time. Sometimes I could be less so, but being true to self requires such. One issue with that is a lack of subtlety. But I am working on that. I believe that religion, spirituality, or whatever terms one uses for such concepts are best defined by the individuals themselves. I am a nice guy in most respects. My view of treating people badly is that it takes effort to be mean, and most people simply are not worth that effort. So while indifferent is more applicable than nice, it sounds better than saying 'I'm an indifferent guy' I am by no stretch of the imagination a prick, ass, jerk, or what ever else you wish to refer to such personality types as. I am indifferent to the vast majority of things in this world. That is not to say that I am not passionate about some aspects in this life, I am. There are just a small amount things in this world that actually make the cut. While I can converse about a great deal of topics, the actual feelings I have on them are nonexistent aside from the enjoyment of intellectual intercourse.

I am doing the school thing again. At 30ish I'm going back to school. (I must be crazy) So far law school is shaping up to be exactly what it was purported to be. After the next couple of years have passed I plan on practicing(obviously) but I am also debating trying to go back into the navy and into JAG.

Hmm...I love jujutsu or jujitsu, depending on the school itself. Am I good at it? Debateable. I love the law. Same result.

My eyes...If you are refering to physical aspects. I'm a bit antisocial... if discussing social aspects. That goes away as I actually get to know people.

Fantasy, Sci fi. I read a lot. Used to be because I wanted to, now I read mostly law texts. No time for Robert Jordan, or Brust, Butcher, or any of the many, many other authors that I enjoy. Damn Law School!!!

I listen to a decent variety of music. Mainly alternative, with some 80's and 90's (more 90's), some country, and classical. Not very many songs make my list.

Food is one of the few things I enjoy in this life. While usually it is just a necessary evil, there are times when a meal can be a true experience. I enjoy cooking (although I hate cleaning, hence the fact that I seldom cook a decent sized meal). I will try almost any kind of food, if given the reason to do so. While I enjoy food, there is really nothing specific that I enjoy to the exclusion of others.

Wow...There is pretty little I can not live with out. Part of that is just me, part of that is military life. I really have nothing that fits here.

The law... Necessary evil I suppose.

Reading, watching tv, Reading some more, workout and yet more reading. Hopefully I will get out on occasion. That remains to be seen.

I don't celebrate holidays...any of them. Not that I practice any religion, but it is the way I was raised.

If intelligent conversation about any topic is acceptable, even if the topic is one that you know little about. If electronics are tools and aids, not lifestyles in and of themselves. If you are looking for a man, not just a male. If you are secure enough in your sense of self to understand that occasionally you will have to come after school and studies. If you read all this way, why not...?
