My self-summary Propose an edit
Hey, My name is Abriel.
I accept that I'm human and I will readily admit I have
imperfections (as well as strengths)! We all do! thats what makes
meeing people fun!
First of all, I like to write, as you will soon notice if you have
not already.
I'll admit, sometimes put things off until the last minute, but
shift into gear when serious things need to get done.
I have a habit of being bluntly honest with a straight face...which
either leads to ridiculous statements, witty conversations, or
laughter at my expense (which i don't mind. I'm use to it ha ha!
:P)
I'm a believer in smiling and laughter. I try to do both as much as
I can every day :) I generally make people laugh by exaggeration,
imitation, and ridiculously expressive faces that i hold longer
then i should for added effect.

What I'm doing with my life Propose an edit
In general, what words can define me accurately? A brother. A
student. A dreamer. A part time philosopher. I'm human and I
learning something new every day about others, and about myself.
Other then that, I am doing what everyone else is doing...trying to
make sense of things (and enjoying the ride)!...Isn't that what
everyone else is doing?
My Plans include continuing college education and also the pursuit
of a CNA certificate. (CNA = Certified Nurse Assistant) Upon
completion of that, I will pursue a full time job and begin getting
a degree in physical therapy.
I feel that being a CNA will give me first hand experience in
helping others, and give me a first hand glimpse of the medical
field. That and medical assistants and specialists are in high
demand. It is good to have a skill in which you can find a job with
relative ease, even if it is not the job you are truly after. Its a
stepping stone, and stepping stones are good to have in case the
leap forward does not work out as planned.
I'm really good at Propose an edit
Making people laugh/smile. Going with the flow. Working out.
Writing. Not expecting too much out of any situation, but readily
accepting the good or bad of it all. Theres always a silver lining
if you look hard enough.
I like an active life style. I run, lift weights, read from time to
time, write from time to time, and travel when I get the chance.
I've enjoyed hiking in the past but wouldn't mind finding someone
(friend or otherwise) to go for nature walks or hikes with. Getting
out is good for the mind and body.
Witty conversation is a strong point of mine. As long as the other
person reciprocates, and gives me something to work with, I can
return and increase the flow of conversation with enthusiasm (most
of the time :P)
I believe that the energy you put out you will get back and that
people mirror the energy that we allow to cycle through us. It's an
abstract concept that I have developed from experience. I could get
into a detail about positive or negative energy...but I'll spare
you general profile browsers out there. For the metaphysical people
out there, I think we'd find a lot to talk about.
The first thing(s) people usually notice about me Propose an edit
I am told I have an exotic face (This comment was new and I took it
as a compliment), soft eyes, and strong arms. I'm also told I have
a nice chest and nice abs. (Though these last 2 comments have not
been said until recently. Finally! Results!)
Besides that, I have also noticed people can't guess my ethnicity
and usually have to ask me what I am because it bugs them so much.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food Propose an edit
Books:
Work by Louis
L'amour have sparked my interest as of late. His tales of
wilderness and survival seem to captivate me and draw me into
barren deserts or wild forests. Besides L'amour, I am a Tolkien fan and a C.S Lewis Fan. Meaning
I like the chronicles of Narnia and The lord of the rings trilogy.
I recently finished a memoir of war called House to House and the insight
and sacrifices made by the patriots of our country are
inspiring.
Movies:
I like action
movies, but I am not above watching movies like the notebook
(yes it was touching, I'll admit that much).
Favorite movies of late have to be Across the universe,
Iron man,
Kung Fu
panda, The Incredible Hulk,
Street
kings, 300,
Juno (because it
dealt with a lot of issues people don't want to face), and
Superbad.
Other movies include, the first Matrix, Shaun of the Dead, The Last Samurai,
Hitman (when you
have low expectations, anything can surprise you!) We were soldiers,
Black Hawk
Down, etc...
I like Disturbed, Muse, Avenged Sevenfold, Coheed and
Cambria, Nirvana, Aerosmith, Velvet Revolver, Guns N roses,
Hooverphonic,
Foreigner (for
juke box hero), Queen, the Police, Foo Fighters, The Beatles, Panic at the Disco,
System of a
down, Billy
Joel, Billy
Idol, Fall
Out Boy, RHCP and
so many more I can't think of right now.
Musical/ Theatrical Productions:
I like Broadway
plays. Les
miserables is still my favorite. I have seen cats, Sunday
in the park with George, the music man, phantom of the opera,
and Spamalot (I
love Monty
python and British comedy)). I have yet to see wicked though i
want to see it very much. I recently saw Camelot at Lincoln center. It was very
good. Christopher Lloyd was in it, as well as the actress who
played Fran from the Nanny. Both fit their rolls and did
well.
Food:
Where to begin!? I love steak, chicken, salmon, red snapper, hammer head shark (yes I've
had shark), calamari, pork, and the list goes on and on. I like
things in curry,
chicken or beef cooked terriyaki style, and sushi. I can go for sashimi as well. Ramen is good (though the cup noodle
stuff is poison to your system >,<). I like white or brown
rice (brown is
healthier for you <(^.^)> I also like spaghetti, linguine, and other Italian dishes. I love pizza as well...Sheesh! I'm
sounding like a pig, yet I keep everything balanced and watch what
I eat. Gotta stay in shape :P

I spend a lot of time thinking about Propose an edit
Girls. Common what straight guy doesn't? I'm not gonna lie to ya
:P
Other then that, I think about my goals, my future, all the work I
have to remind myself to continue putting in, not only for me, but
for the people depending on me. I'm not too worried.
I have goals, a time line I'll hold myself to, and dreams that will
one day be my reality. I'll get there, one day, in one way or
another. Of that, I'm sure.
I refuse to give up. I have faith that my persistence will be
rewarded one day. As long as i continue to try and learn from my
falls, there won't be failures...just experience that can only help
me grow stronger.
On a typical Friday night I am Propose an edit
Typically, my Friday nights are spent with friends at the movies,
at the gym, at home, or at a local restaurant eating Japanese food.
If not doing that, I'm at home writing, reading, or listening to
music.

Common!...Ain't no way I'm giving away a good story for free. I'll
be willing to trade though :P
