Moved to New York from Texas a couple years ago to shake things up.
So far things have been shaken. I have travelled around Europe and
crossed a few US cities of my list, I have thrown decadent rooftop
and secret dance club parties, I have created art for skateboards
and skis, I have even met a few of my idols. I am anxious to go on
more adventures, and to be more adventurous too.
I'm ambitious and impatient with life, however I try to take plenty
of time to stop and look around. Something incredible is on the
horizon, I can feel it. Brooklyn has become my catalyst to start
living creatively and to create moments and relationships worth
remembering. I just want to make a positive impact on you, while
smoking some killer bud.
I am one of the most grounded people you will meet. I don't have
time or patience for people who play games or enjoy drama in their
lives. Too busy trying to live and be happy. Simple pleasures are
my favorites: laying in the sun, peach tea, making music with
friends, picnics, kites, having conversations with strangers,
collaborating with other artists, the perfect joint, the perfect
beer, the perfect lay, cooking for my friends, and being still in
What I’m doing with my life
I work at a museum but my real passions are: walking/ biking
everywhere I can, cooking with veggies from my garden, designing
space, collaborating creatively, telling bad jokes, creating art,
throwing parties for no reason, building, crafting, cracking
skulls, breaking hearts, etc, etc, etc.
My ideal life is one of independence and passion. I want to work
for myself while I teach, design, and give back.
I’m really good at
singing karaoke even if I am not at the bar, getting on flights in
just the knick of time, telling it exactly like it is, creating
brilliant costumes with no money, recording conversations without
consent, making friends with hobos, making breakfast tacos,
stacking up books so people think I have read them, collecting
paper that I will probably never use
The first things people usually notice about me
I am loud. Similar to Will Farrell's character on SNL who has voice
immodulation disorder. I don't think that's a real condition but
nonetheless I have it.
I am authentic. In every moment. To find out to what degree, I
suggest we meet.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
The first ones that come to mind:
Book: When You are Engulfed in Flames, The Road, The Mastery of
Love, The Four Agreements

Music: Little Dragon, Avan Lava, Major Lazor, POLICA, Willy Nelson,
Jackson Browne, Otis Redding, Miles Davis, The Smiths, Fleetwood
Mac, and really (good) bad pop.
Food: Tacos, Tacos, Tacos. I don't really need anything else.
The six things I could never do without
books that make you remember how incredible books are
the ability to positively impact another human being
(and you people really CAN live without your iPhone, I promise. you
should try it sometime)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
where do I need to travel to next, how the hell are we ever
supposed to pay off our student loans, how to draw your face, what
did i just get on my shirt, how to turn nightmare before christmas
into a broadway musical, what to cook for dinner, woah. what a
BABE, where can I get shoes like that, I wonder if they can tell
that I didn't shower this morning, central park, prospect park, who
is that street artist, my bike, sex...GASP.
On a typical Friday night I am
I always work Saturdays but I try and hold my own as best I can.
Lately though: drawing, painting canvas, painting walls, watching
documentaries with buds and buddha, building furniture, exploring
Brooklyn and NYC's hidden gems.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I have just about zero secrets. I find the more people know about
me, the less I have to hide.

Please do not message me if you know you are bad at keeping in
touch. The point of dating is to, among our busy lives, make time
for another person.
