My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I read my original summary and it looked like something out of a "how-to" guide. Bullocks!

First off, I'm pretty damn awesome. Not the kind of awe inspiring awesome of a stoic superhero, but rather the kind where you just saw an eighteen car pileup and say, "Holy shit, that's awesome!" I'll explain the car wreck metaphor later.

I'm a lot of things to a lot of different people. While some find me rude, cold and dismissive, others find me extremely warm hearted and caring. I guess it depends on your personality. If you're a sock monkey I won't waste my time trying to fix you. If however you are energetic, positive and edgy then I'm your huckleberry. I generally give people I care for an extreme amount of patience. It's a fault that has put me into some tough situations.

I've done a lot in my life, hence the wreck metaphor. I've worked in construction, as a professional magician, marketing and film making, was a pilot and had various throw away retail jobs. I served my country in the United States Air Force as an Electronic Warfare Technician as well as did a stint as a cop doing SRT (military SWAT). Most of my life I lived in the Pacific Northwest, but I've also lived in Alaska and Mississippi. I currently reside in North Carolina to be closer to family. I'm a jack of all trades with a tuned bullshit-o-meter.

I'm fairly shy around chicks because you guys are scary as hell. Most of my relationships have been long, but have ended in disaster thanks to my keen ability to pick muppets as girlfriends.

Enjoying a craft beer is one of my absolute favorite things. I believe that people who do not occasionally partake in drink do not trust themselves, have major misconceptions of the world or forget that the first miracle was turning water into wine.

I love my solitude and ability to be introspective, a trait that apparently is as extinct as the Dodo. Although I enjoy going out and socializing on a regular basis, I am just as happy staying home and geeking out with a book or game.

I come highly recommended by my cats.

Oh, and if you cannot tell I love being facetious and have a dry sense of humor.

A few things you need to know:
- I am a full-time student at UNCG.
- I have no children but would someday like to be a father.
- I have my own car and a career. I've had setbacks but that is why I am in college.
- I enjoy my privacy. I've had a lot of success in my career and because of that I've had my share of issues. Please understand.
- I am looking towards tomorrow. I am just looking for someone to share adventures and grow old with.
- I carry a few extra pounds. I'm extremely healthy and conscious what I eat but I am no athlete. Did enough of that in the military. I am comfortable with who I am.

Last thing, if you are interested in me please don't just give one word replies that contain a single syllable. I find it highly annoying and rude. When I ask how you are doing I don't expect to hear "good." You're better off not replying if you are going to feed me robotic answers I could get from a ten year old playing video games. Please hang yourself with a shoelace if you can't be bothered to -gasp- participate in a meaningful discussion.

If nothing else, my dimple when I smile. Soon after they realize how amazing I am, they quickly bow down before me and offer sheep for the sacrifice.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Not in order:
1) The internet. You never know when IMDB will come in handy during a conversation about Bollywood movies.

2) My aminals. Yes I spelled that wrong intentionally.

3) My immediate family.

4) Goals in life. I has them.

5) Good beer. I'll drink your piss water but you must try my motor oil stout.

6) A vehicle. Freedom!

I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I truly love firearms. It has consumed a large part of my life both as a hobby and monetarily since I became an adult. I don't often share my collection with people because it tends to color people's feelings about me. If you don't like firearms however, you might wish to reconsider if you are interested in me.
