Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
The other day I woke up and realized it really was the first day of
the rest of my life (maybe I like cliches too much...), I just
graduated with my MBA and I'm here in Dallas getting ready for the
next adventure. I grew up in the Bay Area, was an entrepreneur
there before my MBA, and I'm throwing myself into the startup scene
here, which is all kinds of fun.
Sports are a pretty big deal to me, especially with the two-time
World Series Champion Giants defending their title this summer! I'm
always up for any game of any sort; Rangers, Cowboys, Mavs, Stars,
FC Dallas, even SMU football if it's not too hot!
I'm really into thinking and learning, I'm always trying to learn
new things about the world around me, and I hope you are too. That
being said, I've spent the last couple of years thinking a lot, and
I want to spend more time doing, so I'm looking for someone to
share adventures with.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working on another masters degree, and a bunch of crazy ideas
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Jeopardy, I passed an in-person audition last summer and I'm
waiting for them to call me to be on the show. So if you're looking
for a bar trivia partner and can keep up, awesome.
I'm good at all kinds of other random things too, get to know me
and find out.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My eyes, they change color depending on what I'm wearing

Pretty much all of the FX Shows (SOA, Always Sunny, Justified,
Most of the HBO Series (If you haven't seen Family Tree yet you're
really missing out)
and I'm finally getting around to How I Met Your Mother, Mad Men is
Movies - Way too many to list, but fair warning I hate tearjerkers,
if I'm taking the time to watch a movie I want to leave
Food - I love all kinds of food, but fair warning I really don't
like anything that requires me to spit something out (chicken
wings, sunflower seeds, etc.), or anything that looks too much like
it did when it was alive (fish with the eyes still in, yikes!)
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Football (The world would be a much worse place without
2. My computer
3. Soda (my biggest vice)
4. Traveling (not really a thing but I would hate to be stuck in
5. Smartphone (yeah I'm an addict)
6. Insert your own clever answer, I'm pretty flexible
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
pretty much everything, sports, art, business, politics, whatever,
I love learning.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
probably watching a sporting event, or finding my way out with
friends. Potentially I want people to think I'm out with friends
but really I'm just rocking out on Rock Band...
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
It scares me how much I identify with Ted Mosby, at least through
the first couple of seasons
