My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Live, love, laugh, cry, work, sweat, play. I think that summarizes it.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I have a private practice in naturopathic medicine. I usually like it.

Outside of my work, I enjoy keeping fit, cooking, making a difference in the world, and getting out into the world so it can make a difference on me.

I meditate regularly. I find I am calmer and my life is richer when I have a regular practice.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Listening, laughing, playing tour guide for family and friends who visit, and just generally being a fun and optimistic person to be around, usually.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I don't know if the 57-year-old woman I started chatting with while waiting for take-out teriyaki recently is at all representative of the people who notice me, but she payed me the compliments that I had beautiful eyes and a nice ass, for whatever that is worth.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I can't say I have a favorite book or even genre. I do read, though. Quite a bit.

I'm on a "I think TV is ridiculous" kick right now. I mean, except for Breaking Bad. Disturbing but brilliant.

Yes, music, I like it. Lots of different kinds of it.

I love exploring new places to eat and new foods. I thoroughly enjoy Thai, Korean, Sushi, Pho, Chicago or Napolitan style pizzas, mexican (have you been to the little taco trailer next to the Home Depot on North Aurora? some of the best Mexican food in Seattle for sure!), Indian, and Ethiopian. If I haven't eaten a particular food, I'd most likely be up for trying it. Tripe didn't go over so well, nor did liver, but I'd be willing to give them another go. Oh, I've become addicted to Vegemite with butter on toast in the morning.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I can't really think of anything I could never do without. Scratch that. Coffee I could never do without. An IPA in the evening would make me mighty happy. Someone to share both of those with would just be luxurious.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
people or things or activities that give me a feeling of spaciousness in my chest.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Taking it easy, either out with friends enjoying good food and drink, or staying at home reading a book or watching a movie.
