My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Who me?

I’d like to consider myself a pretty down to earth and genuine person. I was born in Australia, but i’ve been in BC since i was 10 or so. There’s a little accent left if you look for it, but only certain ears seem to hear it.

I’m looking to meet someone who’s fun and quirky. And someone who can deal with my sometimes smart-ass personality (i’m working on it, ok?). I have a inquisitive approach to life, asking a lot of questions. I'm somewhere between an extrovert and an introvert, and you never know what you're going to get. Depends on how much sugary cereal I've had that morning.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working and, uh, working. My God, i'm wasting my life!!
Oh well, at least its something i love and is a childhood dream come true. Making movie magic using only 1's and zero's. Ta-da!

My eventual dream is to produce my own films. Small indie films with a sprinkle of digital effects (think old school sci-fi like 2001 or Solaris). I just need to find the time. I know its around here somewhere...
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Bare knuckle street brawling. And Words With Friends.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My Jesus like aura.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I’m big on doco’s and indie films, or anything with an unique perspective. Standouts include The Life Aquatic, 2001, Mulholland Drive, Groundhog Day, Apocalypse Now, Burn After Reading, A Serious Man, The Fantastic Mr Fox (truly fantastic).

Musically I lean towards artists like David Bowie, Tom Waits, The Smiths/Morrissey, Pavement, Gorillaz and Pulp. I can also be a sucker for house and trace music.

Some of my favourite shows are Peep Show, The Thick of it, Portlandia, Bob's Burgers, Six Feet under, Twin Peaks and Alan Partridge in his various forms. Oh, and remember the X-files? I loved the X-files.

Also graphic novels and comic series like Sandman and anything by Grant Morrison.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The world, where we fit in and how it all works.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Dinner with friends, maybe the pub, or at home feeling guilty about not going out.
