My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a quiet, contemplative, and kinda nerdy guy who enjoys all the basics. Movies, books, music, video games, surfing the net. I'm pretty laid back, and am very slow to anger. I just don't let the little things bother me. I'm not really into the whole bar scene, I don't usually go unless it's to see a band. I'm looking for a special someone whose up for anything from just hanging out and watching a movie to doing all of those romantic things you see couples doing on TV and in the movies.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm currently working as a night auditor for a Motel.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I don't know, I've never really asked anyone what they first noticed about me. I'm pretty tall, maybe that.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
I always hate picking favorites, but here goes. I'm a big fan of horror, sci-fi, and fantasy in general. I've also been reading alot of older stuff lately like Hemingway and Burroughs. I've got a pretty diverse taste in music, I'll listen to almost any genre as long as it's by a great artist, but I generally tend to prefer more quiet folkey singer/songwriter stuff. I really love live music and go to quite a few concerts.

Here's a few favorites from my facebook lists

Music: Big Star, Blondie, Blue Oyster Cult, Childish Gambino, Daniel Johnston, David Bowie, Dum Dum Girls, Foo Fighters, Iron and Wine, Kanye West, Karen Elson, King Khan, Neil Young, Neko Case, Nick Drake, The Beach Boys, The Beatles, The Clash, The Cardigans, The Dears, The Decemberists, The Flaming Lips, The Reverend Horton Heat, The Sadies, Titus Andronicus, Pink Martini, PJ Harvey, Queens of The Stoneage, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, She & Him, Stevie Wonder

TV (Online): Defiance, Modern Family, The Amazing Race, Conan, Tosh.0, Top Gear, The Walking Dead, The Soup, Community, Jersey Shore, Dexter, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Mythbusters, The Ultimate Fighter, True Blood.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I'm pretty adaptable, other than the basic necessities there's not a lot I couldn't learn to do without. I guess not having the internet would be pretty tough for a while, but I'd probably get used to that too.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
People's motivations. I've always been facinated by human behavior. I like to think about the various people you meet in your day, and wonder what they're thinking, what their lives are like, and what defining moments have happened to them to make them the people they are today.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
probably going to a concert, seeing a movie, or just hanging out with friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
It's not particularily private, but I absolutely hate Capri pants. I don't know what it is, I just can't stand them. They're too short to be pants, and they're too long to be shorts. Just go with one or the other.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You like what you've read and wanna go out sometime. In my experience most women on this site won't send the first message. Don't be one of those women. Be bold, if you like what you see, say hello.
