Travel - I want to see everywhere.... now, history, The West Wing, Paris, Caravaggio, writing, Hemingway, good company, the US, football, music, coffee, comedy, wine. I can speak a little French, and I am exceptionally talented at looking at my guitar and hoping I might one day be magically able to play it.
I do not like....
the extraordinary amount of time it takes me to change duvet covers. And clubbing; because it's appalling.
I've fleeted between jobs for as long as I can remember. I have a degree in Politics & Journalism, I'm currently a photographer - I've been published in a US college textbook and a Malaysian interior design magazine - I also restore old damaged family photos and colourise them, I built my own sort of photobooth for events, and I write on philosophy, religion, and politics here: http://futiledemocracy.wordpress.com and more personally here: http://thelightflickers.wordpress.com. But, I now want something new, so I've signed up for teacher training. I'm volunteering at a school where I may have accidentally told one of the kids that I'm secretly Batman. I'll probably decide I want to be something else in a year or two. Rather than being typically "ambitious" (I really don't like the idea of one career, for such a short time on the planet), I have a list of very unrealistic goals. I want to do far too many things. But giving them all a try is better than settling for second best.
I'm looking for an instant connection and spark, and nothing less will do. Several dates trying to figure out if you're right for each other bores me. I know exactly what I want, so I tend to be horribly picky.
If any of this appeals, message me!
