My self-summary
It's kind of hard to summarize one's self, you know? Though I guess the simplest way to sum me up is that I love learning how anything and everything works. Sometimes while trying to understand something, people mistake me for being argumentative - I'm not - throwing ideas back and forth (regardless of whether they conflict the other party's notions) is discussion, and no offense is meant by it. People that are willing to have open-minded discussions without getting offended that someone doesn't agree with them are rare; if you're that type of person, we'll probably get along wonderfully.

I should also get this out in the clear, I am a huge nerd. I play Dungeons & Dragons and move armies around a table competitively. If you're not okay with this, you might as well turn around now.

I'm an ISTJ personality type.
I’m really good at
Remembering almost everything I hear and read. I rarely actually have to study.
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm a big guy... So if you want the lithe, athletic type, keep on looking. Having most of your work be at a desk takes it's toll on one's physique, you know?

(Upside is that I make a great pillow ^_~)
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
-Books-
"In the beginning, the universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move." - From the best series of books in the known universe. As far as books go, if it's written by Douglas Adams, Neil Gaiman, or Terry Pratchett, I want it in my head-box. As far as non-fiction goes, anything at all pertaining to physics, astronomy, or applied statistics (that's not psuedoscience B.S.) will always hold my attention.

-Movies-
Mel Brooks and Monty Python films. Rocky Horror is pretty high up there on my list of favorite movies; as is Snatch. Scott Pilgrim Vs The World. Anything Tarantino-esque.

-Shows-
Sci-Fi and comedy are probably my favorite genres. Doctor Who, Firefly, and Star Trek are some favorites of mine; while Scrubs, Community, 30 Rock, and Archer are the pinnacle of TV comedy in my opinion. I also enjoy anime.

-Music-
I like a little bit of everything, but my if I had to pick one genre, it'd have to be classic rock. Also, anything that Maynard James Keenan (Tool, APC, Puscifer) touches is gold.

Some of my favorite bands are:
Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Tool, A Perfect Circle, Puscifer, Foo Fighters, Nirvana, Rage Against the Machine, Jonathan Coulton, and Justice.

-Food-
I have a weak spot the size of a small moon for Sushi, and enjoy traditional cultural foods. (If you can't travel, you can at least get a feel for a place by trying its food!)

I also really enjoy cooking.
The six things I could never do without
-My computer. (Some guys put money into their cars, I put money into my computer.)
-INTERNET!
-Coffee. So much coffee.
-D&D / Pathfinder. (Mmmm... d20-filled goodness.)
-My guitars.
-My music folder.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How I should probably be studying.
Or how I should probably be practicing one of the instruments that I don't pick up quite often enough.
Or how I should be cleaning.
Or how I still have that that thing to do... Tomorrow.

My mind is always racing with the things that I have to do, almost to the point of analysis paralysis. (But I somehow manage to get shit done nonetheless.)

"You should message me if" you're interested?

Also, if you're smart and nerdy. You'll get +1000 awesome points for that combo in my book.
