I am a white 29-year old Pittsburgh guy. I'm 5'5" 140 lbs. with brown hair, eyes and an average look. I am educated and have a good sense of humor for starters.

For the most part, I initially tend to be on the quiet side. But, if the timing and the topic are right, I can be an excellent conversationalist. Once I grow to know someone, I can be very comfortable around them. I have a good sense of humor but am also into having serious conversations. When I feel strongly about something, I'll be sure to let people know.

I try to be a decent guy. In fact, most people you might ask would probably describe me as "a nice guy." Sometimes that works against me though, like in the case that I've always had a number of female friends but rarely had anyone that was more that that.

I'm into simple things and not a big fan of being excessive.

I'm a good listener who will be there for you when you need me but I'm not the kind who takes kindly to feeling crowded or smothered.

I am currently working at the university from which I graduated in the office at their daycare. My dergee was in journalism with a minor in English and I've worked as a freelance writer/photographer. I recently published my first book of poetry.

Basically, I'm trying to expand my horizons all the time.

Writing, listening, arguing my point and being a good friend.
