My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Boulder via SF about 3 years ago, Flagstaff before that and originally from TX....I absolutely love Colorado (I was born in the Springs) and thrilled to be back home (it's been a long journey home, I'll tell you all about it sometime)...I want to live among the quaking Aspen!!!

Overall I'm a very laid back and thoughtful person that loves to spoil my partner with positivity, gifts, and love....I need the outdoors to function and everything Colorado has to offer including snowboarding, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, and backpacking (or car camping).....I speak German pretty well....Kannst du Deutsch? Ich hoffe du bist eine schönes und nett Frau natürlich!

I've played guitar for 20 years and this the main passion of my life; I write, sing, and perform my own music whenever possible! I enjoy cooking nice meals with some good red wine (while listening to Jazz- Coltrane or Bill Evans) , reading, and just enjoying life. I try not to take myself to seriously but I do take care of myself and consider staying active very important (life's too short to be lazy and not eat the finer things). In my last position I traveled all over the country and loved that experience; in general I love to travel as much as possible. I was an elected state delegate in the 2008 U.S. Presidential Election, which gave me the honor of representing over 650,000 TX citizens (among other district delegates) at the state convention in Austin (it was the time of my life!). I've been told I have a good sense of humor, which is definitely important in a partner (laughter is heavenly). Having said that I read the newspaper daily and take life seriously in the sense that I want to experience it to it's fullest; including raising a family.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Livin it up!!!
......and working for a tech company in downtown Boulder, which allows me a great life / work balance. Overall I have a lot of ambition and really just want to find the right person to enjoy all of these great times I'm having....In addition I try to volunteer for an environmental cause at least once a month.....

Playing music is and will always be a life long passion....
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
music, cooking, discovering new endeavors, biking, hiking, public speaking, backpacking, inspiring people, listening, getting lost on purpose, being in the moment, having a good time all the time, and living the dream!

Books: Steve Coll, Keith Richards, Johnny Cash Auto, all autobiographies for that matter including Benjamin Franklin *what a badass, my German dictionary, Colorado Adventure guide, Kontakte, Kevin Nealon, Non-Fiction in general, Tocquville & Rousseau, Vegetarian cookbooks.

Movies: I watch a lot of live music DVDs, besides that I mostly like comedies and the occasional action or drama. I also like German foreign films.

Music: Music is my main passion and I love all types if it's got depth and soul. Having said that I'm a big dead head....

Food: Thai! Himalayan, Mexican, local organic all that good stuff, Italian, spicier the better overall! Gourmet vegetarian is my favorite, I eat meat I hunt myself i.e. Elk Hunting, Salmon snagging or Trout Fishing & a handful of seafood yearly...I cook all different types of vegetarian styles.
