About me... hmm.. here goes:

I tend to be a very laid back individual, a little kooky, but always unique. I love to sing in the car and the shower, but never in public, well, though i'm getting better. I tend to be very sarcastic (but always in a good way), but also witty, dry and very random. I am very skilled at playful banter.

I really am quite awesome. Just as anyone. I can provide references. My friend Jerry once called me "the most genuine person [he's] ever met"

i love music. Music is my religion, concerts my church. I mostly listen to classic rock and 80s music, and some indie. Counting Crows, the Beatles, U2, Bryan Adams, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, the Monkees and the Smiths are some of my favorites. But they aren't all l listen to. i like pretty much everything, well, except rap, and new country (anything post-dixie chicks)

I am currently in college working on my BA in Earth/Space Science Secondary Education. It's something I've wanted to do forever, and i figured it was about time i did.

I'm not really into sports, but it's cool if you are. I like the idea of camping (I like sleeping in a tent, under the stars) but have become quite fond of indoor plumbing. I have always wanted to learn to kayak.

I'm in college working on my BA in Earth/Space Science Education. I also write a music blog. I work at a local grocery store to pay the bills.

Making people laugh, singing in the car, random trivia facts, having song lyrics to fit any situation, pointing out stars and constellations in the winter sky (not so good at summer yet)

that i'm pretty funny, usually without even trying. I've also had a lot of people comment on my eyes and tattoos lately (yes, I have tattoos. I have 21, they all have stories behind them all. They are all small and most people don't believe me when I tell them how many I have. I love them all, they are a part of me)

Books: The Harry Potter series, the lord of the rings, Much Ado About Nothing and Hamlet (Shakespeare), White Oleander

B) I've got a lot of favourite movies, here are a few: Garden State, Across the Universe, The Sound of Music, Joe vs. The Volcano (really pretty much anything with Tom Hanks), Love Actually, The X-Files: Fight the Future, Bridget Jones' Diary, Girl, Interrupted, Annie, the Harry Potters, The Lord of the Rings (return of the king is the best)

C) TV: Lost (sad that it's over, but got them all on DVD to relive the awesomeness,) Community, Psych, NCIS, X-Files reruns, and science-y documentaries (i love 'how the earth was made' on the science/history channel.)

D) I LOVE music, i have it on all the time. Mainly i listen to classic rock or 80s music. My favourite bands are: Counting Crows, The Beatles, U2, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, the Smiths, bryan adams, The Monkees, and sooooo many others. I don't really listen to the radio, but if I do it's the classic rock stations, I really don't know much about the current mainstream music scene, but I know a little of the indie scene, mostly east coast bands like Runaway Dorothy, Brown Bird, Heartless Bastards, Field Report, Foreign Fields & We Are Augustines, OldJack, Air Traffic Controller (all uber awesome.) I write a music blog where I get to share my love of music with the world. Through the blog, and my activity on twitter I've become friendly with a couple bands and gotten to meet a lot of them.

E) Food wise, my favorite cuisine is Chinese, but also enjoy thai, italian and good old american food. i do not like mushrooms or peppers or any sort (except chipotle and the ones in salsa, but the chunks could be smaller)

my favorite song is not by my favorite band, they aren't even in my top 5.
