My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I like painting, Calvin and Hobbes, cheesecake, science, and anything on the water. I pretty much grew up on a boat every summer and sometimes think I'm more comfortable there than on land. I like roller coasters, but ferris wheels terrify me. Also, I'm fantastic at skee-ball and absolutely love board games.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I like to keep busy and experience as much as possible. I'm going back to school soon for a course in Community Mental Health and Addiction. I plan to work with at risk youth.

I am a certified dog groomer and I'm currently working at a shop making dogs look fabulous.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Being on time, remembering lyrics, beer pong, baking, and dropping random animal facts. Did you know that the crested gecko was thought to be extinct until rediscovered in 1994? You're welcome.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My tattoos and my hair. A stranger asked me if she could touch my hair one day in the line up at Starbucks. It was awkward for everyone.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
When it comes to books I enjoy Richard Dawkins, (The Blind Watchmaker and The Greatest Show on Earth). A couple of my other favourites are To Kill A Mockingbird and Watership Down, the Hunger Games series, Fahrenheit 451, ASOIF (no spoilers! I'm only on the second book!), and I'll throw the Velveteen Rabbit in there because it's lovely.

As for TV; I'm mostly into talk shows like Conan, Seth Meyers and Jimmy Fallon. I'm a sucker for SNL, and just started Game of Thrones. OITNB and Brooklyn Nine-Nine are up there as well.

I'm a sucker for theatre. I was able to see The Diary of Anne Frank, Beauty and the Beast, and The Lion King at the Queen E. I told myself I wouldn't cry on my way there, and that lasted about 4 seconds into "Circle of Life". At least I can admit it. I was lucky enough to get to see a couple off broadway plays in NYC like Barefoot In The Park.

When it comes to music and food, I'm not picky with either. Hold off on the screamo and spice and I'm happy.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
A good book. My Kindle is one of the best gifts I've ever received.
Jokes that are so bad they're funny
The internet
The ocean
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Marine life conservation is something I feel very strongly about. I often find myself researching ways to play a part in that.

Future tattoos! I have quite a few tattoos planned as well as a half sleeve in progress, some of my plans involve an anatomically correct heart and a water colour orca.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I could be doing anything from staying in watching bad movies or reading, to playing board games with friends, or out for drinks and karaoke.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have actually painted along with one of Bob's Joy Of Painting episodes start to finish.
