My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I like painting, Calvin and Hobbes, cheesecake, science, and anything on the water. I pretty much grew up on a boat every summer and sometimes think I'm more comfortable there than on land. I like roller coasters, but ferris wheels terrify me. Also, I'm fantastic at skee-ball and absolutely love board games. I'm weird in all the right ways, and you should be too.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I like to keep busy and experience as much as possible. I'm going back to school soon for a course in Community Mental Health and Addiction. I plan to work with at risk youth.

I am a certified dog groomer and I'm currently working at a shop making dogs look fabulous. Even though I'm switching careers I still plan to stay involved with grooming. I have very exciting plans to get a Portuguese Water Dog, and get involved in competitions! Grooming, confirmation, as well as agility. It's safe to say I'm a dog lover.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Being on time, remembering lyrics, beer pong, baking, and dropping random animal facts. Did you know that the crested gecko was thought to be extinct until rediscovered in 1994? You're welcome.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My tattoos and my hair. A stranger asked me if she could touch my hair one day in the line up at Starbucks. It was awkward for everyone.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
When it comes to books I enjoy Richard Dawkins, (The Blind Watchmaker and The Greatest Show on Earth). A couple of my other favourites are To Kill A Mockingbird and Watership Down, the Hunger Games series, Fahrenheit 451, A Song Of Ice and Fire (no spoilers! I'm only on the third book!), and I'll throw the Velveteen Rabbit in there because it's lovely.

As for TV; I'm mostly into talk shows like Conan, Seth Meyers and Jimmy Fallon. I'm a sucker for SNL, and just started Game of Thrones. Orange Is The New Black and Brooklyn Nine-Nine are up there as well.

I'm a sucker for the theatre.

When it comes to music and food, I'm not picky with either. Hold off on the screamo and spice and I'm happy.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
A good book. My Kindle is one of the best gifts I've ever received.
Jokes that are so bad they're funny
The internet
The ocean
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Marine life conservation is something I feel very strongly about. I often find myself researching ways to play a part in that.

Future tattoos! I have quite a few tattoos planned as well as a half sleeve in progress, some of my plans involve an anatomically correct heart, a water colour orca, and a biplane.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
With friends playing Cards Against Humanity, or at a dive bar for useless trivia night. I have to put my animal facts to good use somehow.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I can't decide between the fact that I have actually painted along with one of Bob's Joy Of Painting episodes start to finish, or that I am so determined to be a house guest on Big Brother Canada that I've studied the audition process more than I care to admit. But hey, it got me a call back!

You read this far and still want to know more, because if you're the kind of weird I mentioned earlier I'd be glad to tell you.
