I have no idea how to summarize myself in a few sentences! I love the colour red and Indian food. Wikipedia is my homepage. I love to travel and explore. I am slightly addicted to TED talks. I am passionate about global health, sexual education and efforts to empower others. I am a big fan of delicious hole-in-the-wall restaurants, the Washington Capitals, stars and carbonated water. I also like trying new foods, laughing until my face hurts, cooking adventures in my kitchen and chocolate.

I spent a lot of last year in Kenya finishing my Masters and the experience really changed how I see the world. I've been back for a little while now and am enjoying the process of figuring out how I fit back into my life here in Toronto. I'm interested in challenging my boundaries, meeting new people and adventuring around Toronto.

At the moment, I do research at a hospital and co-run my production company with my best friend.

Books: This is hard to choose. What is the What was a great story about the Lost Boys of Sudan and I also really loved the entire Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings series. The Wisdom of Whores and 28 stories of HIV/AIDS shaped my career a lot so they need to be on the list. Oh and AJ Adams' social experiment books are all great reads.

Movies: Good Will hunting, Finding Nemo, Human Planet Series

Shows: Game of Thrones, Big Bang Theory, Criminal Minds

Food: Indian, Japanese, Thai, Ethiopian....this list could go on and on. I love food.

Music: a life staple for me.
