My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
WARNING: This is going to be an essay. So pour yourself a glass of wine and enjoy reading.

I try to live by this mantra:
"Be soft. Do not let the world make you hard. Do not let the pain make you hate. Do not let the bitterness steal your sweetness. Take pride that even though the rest of the world may disagree, you still believe it to be a beautiful place." - Kurt Vonnegut

^ As you can see, I am an idealistic dreamer.

I am a walking contradiction. A ball of dynamite but I can be meek and soft too. I am feisty but I prefer a man who can take the lead.

A born and bred city gal who loves to be in the country. Nature heals and I would love to be much closer to it. I feel my best when close to hills, valleys, lakes, mountains.

Shy and reserved on the outside, underneath is someone who is playful, cheeky, loves to tease, witty, loves to laugh and naughty! That's how I know if we have chemistry because you are able to bring that side out of me.

I would like someone who can see my qualities, challenge me (but not push) to be a better person and bring me out of my box. Essentially I am an extroverted introvert.

As a passionate person, my emotions are rich and powerful. Therefore if you don't like to handle someone with feelings, then I am not for you. But don't worry, I am very reasonable and stable and do not go crazy....well...not often anyways ;P Please also be able to express yourself well, have a personality and not be a doormat.

I value honesty and trust above all. Even as a friend, I would expect the person to be reliable and trustworthy, anyone who doesn't meet these expectations would be banished pretty quickly.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Just Started Post Grad at PSU.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
......seeing both sides to every story. Empathizing with people. I consider myself a Jill of all trades. I can cook, bake, has really good and discerning taste for all things. How true are these, you decide.

......blending in. I am a chameleon and kinda adapt to my surroundings and the mix of people I hang out with. I feel at home in London, fancy myself half-Californian, could see myself living in Paris and equally comfortable in Cambodia. I can eat at a hawker center or dress up for fine dining. I can enjoy a slapstick ala The Dictator or savour a day at Musee du Louvre.

1. The Hobbit and LOTR trilogy
2. James Herriot and his animals series

9. Flowers for Algernon - Daniel Keyes
10. Homer's odessey. ( about the blind cat not the Greek tragedy)
11. Bill Granger & Donna Hay cookbooks

Thinks that Twilight & 50 shades sagas are literary trash.

Last read: Kafka on the Shore (re-read)

Movies...too many to name but I generally enjoy funny heist movies like Lock, Stock and 2 Smoking barrels, Oceans 11...
Also romantic movies like Before sunset, After sunrise, Midnight in Paris...

Music: Varied. ROCK, Pop, R&B, Jazz, Classical, Instrumental, Musicals...

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Sunblock. Yes I take care of myself.
2. Serenity
3. Sense of humor
4. Sense of curiosity
5. Smoochies

hmmm what else....why do all begin with the letter 'S'? Trying to think of 1 more ;)

But seriously, besides our basic needs, is there really anything we can't live without?

So let me rephrase and put down 3 things I would need for my life to be complete.

1. Love (friends, family)
2. Laughter (from humour and not taking things too seriously)
3. Passion (for my job, for life and with the special person)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Is there such a thing as soul-mates? How do you define it? Will I get to meet mine in this life time?

Will l ever find someone who can meet me in all 3 ways, mentally, emotionally and physically? It's worse than a needle in a haystack but anything less wouldn't work, I think.

Why so many people with high match scores and interesting profiles are all thousand of miles away.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
wishing I was attending a rock concert, visiting a musuem, snow skiing, watching a play, at a vineyard, cuddling up with you....
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Never had sex in public!

And that isn't my real age. Sorry. Had to change that because some people are ageist and I just want to be caught in the wider net. Ask and you will be told.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You are ENFJ/ENFP as we are supposed to be a good match and I would really like to test this theory out. I would be interested to meet all intuitives ...and I find myself really drawn to the NTs so if you are INTJ, INTP, ENTP, message me! I am INFJ btw.

IF you have no idea what those 4 letters mean but you are MATURE, intelligent, has depth, well travelled, well educated, kind, witty, playful, enjoy meaningful conversations, nonjudgmental, good looking.......... haha.... i better stop here or no one would message me at all ;P

You no longer feel the need to prove yourself to anyone because you are sure/confident of who you are. You're either going after your goals or you feel like you've been there and done that and not just any woman would do. You want someone worthy of you for long term partnership but understand that I am still evolving and finding my way at the moment and you have to be patient and willing to walk the road with me too.

You like CUTE, adorable, girly sexy- yes I giggle much and laugh loudly (gorgeous, sensual, stunning I am NOT)
Not always sugar and spice but with a healthy dose of feistiness, is spirited who enjoys a good discussion, has a naughty streak, who might appear unyielding but wants to be yielded.

Thanks for making it to the end. As you can see, I am wordy and if you think you can get away with a one-liner, have no pictures and a short profile, think again. It's my one pet peeve on this site, people who contact me without reading my profile first duh!
