My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm not quite sure how to summarize myself in a paragraph, so here's some random stuff:
-I'm very outgoing and I love to laugh and joke around. My family claims that I'm sassy. Not sure what to say about that.
-I spent a lot of time traveling with my family growing up. My parents are both teachers and had the summer off, which allowed them to spend a lot more time with my brother, sister, and me. I think that made us a lot closer as a family and I'm incredibly grateful to have such an amazing support network.
-My family has a cabin on a lake in the Adirondacks where we spend time every summer and it's hands down my favorite most beautiful place in the world. If somebody in the fam brings a girlfriend or boyfriend up there, we know it's serious.
-I'm a big Philly sports fan (especially football and hockey) so if you're a loyal New England, Dallas, or Pittsburgh fan it's not really going to work out...I might make a few exceptions though ;)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I think I have a couple years before I really hit the mid-20s "what am I going to do/where am I going with my life" panic. But I do have a pretty good grasp on the general direction in terms of my job, grad school in a few years, and enjoying life with my friends and family. Hopefully the specifics will just fall into my lap - that happens to some people, right?
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Being on top of things (figuratively, not literally), competitive sports or games, and I'm a good listener - I'm usually the person my friends (and sometimes really random people) come to when they need to talk.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Movies: shawshank redemption, the departed, gladiator, wedding crashers, LOTR, most sports movies, most chick flicks... it's probably easier to just say that I'm not picky at all and enjoy most movies.

Books: I read a lot. I've been a total bookworm since I was a little, so it's hard for me to pick favorites. I can recommend some good ones, if you're looking for a good book feel free to pick my brain :)

Music: Same as movies - I'm not picky at all, it really just depends on my mood.

TV shows: House of Cards, Criminal Minds, Spartacus, Game of Thrones, Scandal, Friday Night Lights, occasionally embarrassing girl tv like The Bachelor.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Coffee in the morning. After I have coffee, I start thinking about other things. Sometimes I think about really random funny stuff that makes me laugh out loud in situations where I really should not be laughing.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Happy houring, hanging out with friends, watching a movie, going to bars, dancing the night away. Being really mellow or really crazy, depending on my mood. Wine is almost always involved.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I secretly wanted to try out for the football team in high school partly as a joke, partly serious.

You take yourself too seriously. Justttt kidding, but I think it's pretty funny that 9 out of 10 guys on here want girls who "don't take themselves too seriously". If I asked you what that meant, would you be able to answer?

I love to get to know all different kinds of people. I think it would be missing out to have a list of qualities people need to have in order to talk to them. I do want to be upfront about my deal breaker though: if you're homophobic, do not message me. My sister is gay and is one of the most important people in my life so if you can't deal with that I can't deal with you.
