Hey I'm Matt. A quick bit about myself:
I grew up in NY and went to school at Penn State, where I got a degree in Political Science with a focus in International Relations. Then I moved out here to Colorado for my job in '08. Skiing is my main hobby during the winter, and I play soccer and mountain bike during the warmer months. I've started doing yoga, and I also like to hike, skydive, and basically do anything active. I play racquetball, and I'm currently trying to learn to golf (its alot harder than it looks). I consider myself pretty laid back, except when I'm driving (thats the New Yorker in me). On the weekends I sometimes like to go out and have a few drinks, and I eat out all the time because I'm not much of a cook. I like to travel...I've been to Costa Rica, South Africa and most of the U.S. but I still haven't made it to Europe, which I plan to visit soon. I'd also like to visit Israel someday, and certain parts of southeast Asia.

Right now I'm wasting your tax dollars. I work for the government, which makes me a highly unproductive person. Just kidding, I work hard for your money.

Ping pong. Catching food thrown at me in my mouth. Dancing. Movie critiquing. Sitting on my couch. Skiing. Splitting atoms.

My shoes! I'm not sure if thats actually true, but I saw a Sketchers commercial once that claimed this was the case.

Okay I'll admit it, I loved Harry Potter. Dont judge me. My new favorite though is the Game of Thrones series.

Favorite movies include: Memento, Pulp Fiction, Dogma, Super Troopers, Snatch, 40 Year Old Virgin, Underworld, American Beauty.

Favorite shows: Daily Show, Colbert Report, Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, How I Met Your Mother.

I dont really have a favorite food, but I will tell you that I miss eating proper bagels and chinese food. These things are only found on Long Island.

Trying to figure out what to eat (any recommendations?)

A typical Friday night used to mean I'd be out at the bars, but lately I've been spending less and less time there. Curse my old age. Now I'm usually doing something a bit more low key with a few friends.

I like to watch HGTV.

You feel like chatting.
You know what I should do for dinner.
You can explain why anyone listens to Rush Limbaugh.
You need someone to go skiing with.
You have a dog and want a doggy play-date.
