What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Education: Studied Psychology (BSc) and Clinical Psychology and Health Services masters at Goldsmiths several years ago. Currently, I'm working as an outreach support worker for two autism charities. I'm also a youth club co-ordinator at a local school on Wednesday evenings.

Travel: I want to visit many places in the world before I die. Ideally Japan and New Zealand (to see Hobbit town obviously). Natural wonders fascinate me. I do love Amsterdam though I always wanted to visit Bohemia. I am traveling to Norway this summer.

Personality: According to the MBTI personality test I am an INTJ. While I do have a serious side which considers the deeper mysteries, I personally prefer not to take life too seriously - It's not like you're going to get out alive!

Dream: My life dream is to become a published comic book artist. Even though I have some way to go and I know it's not an easy path, I enjoy the process immensely and I've always had an interest in writing stories and drawing. Can be tricky to balance when you work monday to fridays but I try squeeze in as much drawing time as possible.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Forgetting people's names, making a fool out of myself and pretending to be busy when it's convenient to do so.

I have been told that I have a good eye for art (debatable). I'm fairly good at thinking but I'm still working on the "doing" part. I'm not lazy, I just prefer to conserve energy.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My hair. A lot of people have told me I look like "the guy" from Eight Simple Rules / Rules of Engagement. I can come across as a tad eccentric...
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Science fiction / fantasy / historical films and tv series such as Game of Thrones and Vikings. I tend to watch/read "seinen" anime and manga.

Anime / Manga: Berserk, Gantz, Vinland Saga, Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, Paprika, Shamo, Paranoia Agent, Cat Soup, Redline, Aachi & Ssipak, Akira, Kingdom, Historie, Wolfmund. Eden of the East, Dorohedero. Genius party. I love experimental OVA's/movies from Studio 4c, Madhouse, IG Productions. The zanier the better.

I listen to mainly music with an electronic influence (Aphex Twin, Luke Vibert/Wagon Christ, Prodigy, Amon Tobin, Autechre) and rock / metal with some prog thrown in (think Pink Floyd, Opeth, The Doors).

Some movies I've seen: Fight Club, Oldboy, A Clockwork Orange, Sympathy for Lady vengeance, Brotherhood of War, The Holy Mountain, Eraserhead, LOTR / The Hobbit, Labyrinth, Dark Crystal, Natural Born Killers, American Psycho, Spirited Away, Tank Girl, Pan's Labyrinth, Hook... i watched films every night when I was at university.

Sadly, I seldom find time to 'read' these days. It's not that I don't enjoy reading, I just mainly read visual media such as manga and comics instead. I do try to keep myself up to date with the latest science / tech news and I'm subscribed to a few history magazines. I have a soft spot for steampunk and literature on mythology.

I'm quite into medieval history. I do Historical European Martial Arts and enjoy learning techniques for using swords, spears, daggers, staffs etc. I'm not a psycho I promise I just find it interesting.

For food... I quite like Mexican and South American style dishes. A good cheesy pizza is my kryptonite.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Paper and Pencil,
Memory foam bed,
The outdoors,
Cintiq Companion
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
art. What it would be like to work in the comic book industry. The natural world. Philosophy and dreams. Medieval history. Scenarios which will never happen but are fun to imagine.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
In the summer, either going out to the pub or chilling in the fields. When winter cometh I hibernate.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I sleep in my jeans and sometimes wear them longer then forty days.
