My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I love to laugh. Tell a joke and take a joke and we'll have a blast.
I always feel like what I'm about to say will sound stupid.
Road trips make me very happy.
I tend to be forward and overly honest.
I probably watch too many TV shows.
I am very competitive, but I like when others are smarter than me. It makes me want to be better.
I'm decisive when I have sufficient information.
I have a degree in chemistry and live to learn more about science, math, and nature.
I can't get enough stand-up comedy. I want to do it, I just don't think I can.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I currently work with wounded soldiers. It's really rewarding and I like what I do. I live in Conway and have an apartment to myself.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Games! I pride myself in my aptitude to learn new games and succeed at them. I'm not a big player of video games, though. I love board and card games. I am very competitive, but I actually don't mind losing. It makes me want to win next time.

Trivia. I know a lot of the useless BS that helps win trivia games.

Making well intentioned mistakes.

Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: I like pop-fiction as much as the average person. Stuff like Harry Potter and Game of Thrones. But I also like the less mainstream fiction like Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman. I'm more than happy to check out non-fiction books if the subject matter truly interests me. I recently read Bossy Pants by Tina Fey. See also: Jim Butcher, Piers Anthony, Sarah Vowell, David Sedaris.

Movies: I absorb movies like a dry sponge. Comedy, Drama, Action, virtually anything. I usually think horror movies are stupid, but I will watch them with others who enjoy them. Liar, Liar (one of my favorite movies), Batman Begins Trilogy, Big Lebowski, Superbad, Super Troopers, Shawshank Redemption, Departed, Harry Potter series, most Disney movies from my childhood.

TV: My taste in TV is pretty analogous to my taste in movies. I don't own a TV, but I have the internet; so I watch the shows that I like when I have the time to watch them. My favorite shows are Dexter, Big Bang Theory, Breaking Bad, Parks and Recreation, Office, 30 Rock, Archer, Modern Family, Raising Hope, Californication, House, Shameless, Misfits, Sherlock, How I Met Your Mother, New Girl, Fringe, Walking Dead, Arrested Development, The League, Bob's Burgers, and there are probably more, but they escape me at the moment. I may have mentioned that I watch too many TV shows.

Music: I will listen to virtually anything except country. If you like it, I will probably listen along and not be unhappy. I don't have the passion for music that some people do.

Food: Mexican and Italian food rate pretty highly for me. But a big holdout is onions. I don't like the flavor of onions.
I like to cook, though I'm not very good at it yet. I want to learn as much as possible.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My family and friends
Good food
Personal hygiene
The Internet
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What I should have said.
And here are some examples of common thoughts:
"What am I going to eat later?"
"Maybe I can leave work early today."
"I wish this slow person would either move faster or get out of the way."
"That's funny, I should remember that."
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Trying to maximize my fun. Whether that means going out for movies, food, and drinks, or settling in and playing games. I'm always looking for something to do.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I talk to myself from time to time. It helps me keep my thoughts organized.
